摘要： A variable-capacity swash plate type compressor including a tiltable swash plate and a rotor supported by a drive shaft and connected to the swash plate by a hinge mechanism for controlling the tilting angle of the swash plate to change the capacity of the compressor. The hinge mechanism includes a pair of support arms extending from the rotor on either side of the top dead center position of the swash plate having holes, and a pair of guide pins extending from the swash plate and having balls fitted in the holes of the support arms. The holes are circular holes having different diameters. Alternatively, the holes are a circular hole and an oblong hole having a long width in the rotating direction.

摘要： A housing of a hydraulic pump is configured to have a servo unit detachably attached thereto so as to control tilt direction and angle of its movable swash plate. A port block is formed therein with a pair of main ports and, and a pair of main fluid passages and fluidly connecting respective main ports and to cylinders in its cylinder block. Main ports are used to have respective external pipes connected thereto so as to fluidly connect the hydraulic pump to a hydraulic motor disposed outside of the hydraulic pump, thereby constituting a hydrostatic transmission.

摘要： A differential pressure control valve has a valve seat made of magnetic material, a valve body, and a guiding member fixed to the valve seat to guide the valve body. The valve body is located on the downstream side of the valve seat, and is seatable on the valve seat in accordance with the pressure difference between the upstream side and the downstream side to selectively open and close a valve hole. The valve body has a lid made of magnetic material and a guided member made of nonmagnetic material. The lid is seated on the valve seat to close the valve hole, and the guided member is guided by the guiding member. The valve seat or the lid has a permanent magnet, located outside the area where the valve body is seated on the valve seat, urging the valve body in the direction approaching the valve seat.

摘要： A hydraulic axial piston machine includes a drive shaft, a swashplate pivotable about a pivot axis to change inclination relative to a drive shaft axis, and an actuating piston approximately parallel to the drive shaft axis. The actuating piston has a first end which engages and adjusts the swashplate and a second end which bounds an actuating chamber. Fluid flows to the actuating chamber to pivot the swashplate one direction and is forced out of the actuating chamber when the swashplate pivots the other direction. A return element on the actuating piston incorporates a position of the actuating piston and thus the inclination of the swashplate into a control valve. The return element is positioned such that its longitudinal axis and an actuating piston longitudinal axis span a plane that differs from a plane perpendicular to the pivot axis.
