    摘要: A cleaning device for a vehicle, with which at least one cleaning location is cleaned with pressurized cleaning liquid and/or pressurized ambient air, is proposed, including: a pump-compressor stage for sucking up and conveying the cleaning liquid and/or the ambient air, a fluid path which fluidically connects the pump-compressor stage upstream to a cleaning liquid tank and to an environment of the cleaning device, and a fluid distribution apparatus downstream of the pump-compressor stage, which is fed with the cleaning liquid and/or the ambient air by the pump-compressor stage, the fluid distribution apparatus being fluidically connected to the cleaning location. A vehicle with such a cleaning device, the first and the second use, and a cleaning method for a vehicle are also proposed.

    摘要: A valve cover system, a valve cover assembly, and method of use are presented. The valve cover system and assembly forming part of a reciprocating pump or mud pump. Mud pumps and/or reciprocating pumps are used, often as part of a drilling set up. Mud pumps come in a variety of sizes, shapes, and designs. The valve cover system and assembly presented provides increased safety during installation and servicing as well as improvements in properly tightening and ensuring proper tightening of the assembly for high pressure operation. The present disclosure reduces manufacturing cost, maintenance costs, and the like through the design presented. The present disclosure presents a seal retainer and valve cover assembly for use in a reciprocating pump fluid end having jack bolts and a jack plate.

    摘要: An object of the present invention is to secure a gap between a component on a suction valve side and a component on an anchor side when a valve is closed, regardless of an integration tolerance of a plurality of components, and to be able to reliably close the valve. In an electromagnetic valve mechanism 300 including an anchor assembly 36 and a magnetic core 33 between which a magnetic attraction force acts, and a suction valve 30 configured to be able to come into and out of contact with the anchor assembly 36, the anchor assembly 36 includes a first anchor assembly component 36a having a facing surface 36ab that faces the magnetic core 33, a second anchor assembly component 36b configured integrally with the first anchor assembly component 36a, and a press-fitting portion 36c that fixes the first anchor assembly component 36a and the second anchor assembly component 36b. A press-fitting length L1 of the press-fitting portion 36c is set to a length at which the second anchor assembly component 36b and the suction valve 30 are separated from each other in a state where the suction valve 30 is closed.

    摘要: A system includes a variable displacement pump (VDP) in fluid communication with an inlet line and with an outlet line. The VDP includes a variable displacement mechanism configured to vary pressure to the outlet line. A bypass valve (BPV) includes a BPV inlet in fluid communication with the outlet line, and a BPV outlet in fluid communication with a bypass line that feeds into the inlet line upstream of the VDP. An actuator is operatively connected to control the BPV to vary flow from the BPV inlet to the bypass line. A controller is operatively connected to the actuator to control recirculation flow passed through the BPV based on requested flow from a downstream system supplied by the outlet line and based on a predetermined low threshold of flow through the VDP.
