    Abstract: The valve for the minimum waste concrete pump, object of the present invention, comprises a valve for the minimum waste concrete pump that comprises a double-piston alternative-type pump valve provided with an inlet conduit (20) and a discharge conduit (30) installed inside the valve container (10) and arranged next to a concrete reception hopper located above the container, allowing to pump concrete and other pasty substances, such as: sludge, mining residues, grout, mortar, dirty water, and similar. The embodiment of the valve generates the minimum of waste retained after the equipment operation, improving the durability and efficiency of use of the pumps, besides reducing the cleaning time, resulting in a great reduction of operational costs, avoiding the unnecessary displacement of the pump equipment to the central. In addition, this new embodiment results in a valve performing a linear translation movement that reduces component wear and minimizes the need for maintenance on the equipment, as its embodiment does not require constant lubrication.

    Abstract: In a liquid supply device, the pump unit has a discharge port for discharging a fluid. The connecting portion is connected to the discharge port. The first and second pipe portions and branch off from the connecting portion. The first introduction unit is connected to the first pipe portion and introduces a first liquid into the first flow channel at a flow rate corresponding to a flow rate of the fluid flowing through the first pipe portion. The second introduction unit is connected to the second pipe portion and introduces a second liquid into the first flow channel at a flow rate corresponding to a flow rate of the fluid flowing through the second pipe portion. The stopping portion stops the flow of the fluid in the second pipe portion.

    Abstract: A valve guide includes a valve guide body having a valve guide bore along a central axis thereof. In an assembled configuration of a horizontal valve assembly comprising the valve guide, a valve stem passes through the valve guide bore, connecting a valve body to the valve guide. The valve guide further includes first and second skis that each extends radially outward from the valve guide body to a lower wing outer surface, such that the lower wing outer surface is a first radial distance from the valve guide bore central axis; and an upper wing extending radially outward from the valve guide body to an upper wing outer surface. The upper wing outer surface is a second radial distance from the valve guide bore central axis. The first radial distance is greater than an interior radius of a housing bore the horizontal valve assembly is positioned in for use.

    Abstract: A diaphragm pump assembly can include a pump drive chamber, a first pump diaphragm chamber, and a second pump diaphragm chamber. The assembly can include a pump motor configured to rotate a motor shaft extending into the pump drive chamber. The assembly can include a cam connected to the motor shaft and configured to rotate in response to rotation of the motor shaft. The assembly can include a drive yoke having a yoke frame and a yoke pocket having a first wall and a second wall parallel and opposite the first wall. First and second pistons can connect to the drive yoke and to first and second diaphragms, respectively. The diameter of the cam can be less than and within 5% the width of yoke pocket and the yoke can be configured to move the pistons along a straight line.
