The clutch may also include a gap, a slot, and/or a spiral cut. The dart may include a shaft having opposite ends and a shaft diameter that varies between the opposite ends.

    摘要: A piston of an air compressor contains at least one fixing bolt configured to fix a plane of a top of a head of the piston to at least one air stop sheet. A respective one of the at least one air stop sheet includes at least one bending section and at least one acting zone surrounding the at least one bending section and configured to cover at least one air orifice. A back surface of the at least one acting zone of the respective one air stop sheet moves away from the plane of the top of the head at an open angle θ, thus producing an air flowing space. A pressure of a cylinder balances with atmosphere, and the piston is not stopped by a back-pressure resistance to move smoothly in upward and downward moving strokes after the air stop sheet moves again.

    摘要: Oil and gas companies worldwide strive to improve artificial lift efficiencies to minimize environmental footprint and lower operational expense. In order to lower artificial lift costs, the traditional rod pump must be replaced and improved upon. The present invention of the rodless pump and multi-sealing hydraulic sub is an optimized hydraulic pumping system that eliminates rod wear, lowers pump intake pressure, and extends the reserve life of oil and gas wells regardless of casing configuration or depth. Lowering the pump's intake pressure in an oil and gas well by using a positive displacement pump such as the present invention will allow maximum hydrocarbon reserves to be produced with minimal energy consumption to power the pump. The superior surface seals and smaller footprint of the rodless pump eliminate the possibility of surface hydrocarbon leaks, minimizing environmental impact.

    摘要: A reciprocating piston pump assembly comprises a cylinder housing with two internal chambers separated by a piston. The piston is coupled with a pushrod that reciprocates back and forth between two positions. The piston's position is tracked to measure the volume of fluid passing through the pump assembly. The pump assembly has two inlets, two outlets, two inlet passages, and two outlet passages. A first valve is positioned on the pushrod at a junction between the first inlet passage and first outlet passage. A second valve is positioned on the pushrod at a junction between the second inlet passage and second outlet passage. The pushrod can be positioned in a neutral position to simultaneously close both valves.
