The scroll compressor comprises a case having a high-pressure side and a low-pressure side, a stationary scroll plate having a base plate with a first side having at least one projection, which forms a spiral wrap, and a second side having a first annular protrusion, a pilot plate for separating the high-pressure side of the case from the low-pressure side of the case and the pilot plate abutting the second side of the stationary scroll plate, wherein the pilot plate has a first side, wherein the first side faces the second side of the stationary scroll plate and wherein the first side has a second annular protrusion, and a seal, wherein the seal seals a radial gap between the first annular protrusion and the second annular protrusion.

The sub bearing or the sub bearing cover may include a first barrier rib that protrudes from a surface thereof located inside of the discharge chamber. The first barrier rib may be spaced apart from a surface opposite to the surface within the discharge chamber by a predetermined distance.

The first Oldham coupling may include a first body and a plurality of first keys extending from the first body. The first keys may engage slots formed in the second scroll member. The second Oldham coupling is separate and distinct from the first Oldham coupling. The second Oldham coupling may include a second body and a plurality of second keys extending from the second body. The second keys may engage slots formed in a surface that rotates about the first rotational axis.

In order to improve a vane pump, it is proposed that the contact surface of the rotor is designed and arranged in such a manner that the rotational axis lies in the contact surface when this contact surface is hypothetically extended toward the rotational axis.

摘要： A reversible gerotor pump system is provided. The gerotor pump system includes a cylindrical housing with a 180° slot, an eccentric ring with a locking pin fixed thereto and movably engaged in the slot; an outer rotor and inner rotor with meshed teeth, and shaft for driving inner rotor and system. The eccentric ring has a convex profile on the outer diameter. A positive contact system, which can be a spring-and-plunger system or frictional disc brake system is provided to increase frictional force between the eccentric ring and the outer rotor. The locking pin moves in the slot with clearance at both rotation directions to provide a self-damping effect. The suction port has prolongations at both upstream and the downstream sides to increase filling time such that the pump can have a fill speed of above 5000 rpm, and the volumetric efficiency is at least 90% at 5000 rpm.

摘要： The disclosure provides an oil tubing installation assembly and a scroll compressor adopting the same. The oil tubing installation assembly is adapted to be installed into a shell in a vertical direction and includes: a housing on which a vertical oil tubing installation surface and an oil hole located in the oil tubing installation surface are provided; a clip adapted to be installed on the oil tubing installation surface and into the shell along with the housing; and an oil tubing assembly adapted to be installed into the clip in a vertical direction after the housing and the clip have been installed into the shell. The oil tubing assembly includes an oil tubing body and a cuboid-shaped installation block. A through hole is provided in the installation block and the through hole is configured to have a first orifice on the front surface of the installation block and a second orifice on the rear surface of the installation block. The upper end of the oil tubing body is connected to the first orifice. The second orifice is aligned with and fitted to the oil hole after the installation block is installed in place in the clip. In this way, the long oil tubing can be easily installed manually in place even after the housing has been pressed into the shell.

In a state in which a center of the fixed scroll and a center of the orbiting scroll are substantially the same, an interval between the fixed wrap and the orbiting wrap gradually increases towards the suction chamber from the discharge chamber.

摘要： A co-rotating scroll machine operable as compressor or expander, comprises a transmission and guidance mechanism for first and second scroll plates, having three transmission and guidance units uniformly distributed around the scroll plates towards the periphery thereof.
