摘要: A power transmission device includes: a high speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a radial direction; a low speed magnet rotor which includes a magnet array which is magnetized in a circumferential direction; and an inductor rotor which allows magnetic fluxes from the magnet array of the high speed magnet rotor to pass, and the high speed magnet rotor, the low speed magnet rotor and the inductor rotor are concentrically arranged and the magnet array of the low speed magnet rotor is formed such that homopolar surfaces of neighboring magnets face each other in the circumferential direction.

摘要: A rotary machine includes rotating shaft supported with respect to an end wall of a housing. The rotary machine includes a bearing that is attached to the rotating shaft and rotatably supports the rotating shaft to the housing, a cylindrical holding portion that is provided in the end wall of the housing and extends in an axial direction of the rotating shaft, and a cylindrical bearing sleeve that is fixed to the holding portion and surrounds the bearing. The bearing sleeve includes a surrounding portion that surrounds the bearing and a protruding portion that protrudes from the surrounding portion toward the end wall. The protruding portion and the holding portion overlap each other in a radial direction of the rotating shaft, and the bearing sleeve is fixed to the end wall by fitting the protruding portion into the holding portion.

An assembly including the motor shaft an impeller is disclosed, as well as centering elements for use in repeatably mounting the assembly to an impeller. Methods of determining optimal balance are disclosed.

摘要: A turbocharger including, a turbine wheel (10), a shaft (111) attached to the turbine wheel (10), and a compressor wheel (132) disposed on the shaft (111) opposite the turbine wheel (10). The compressor wheel (132) includes a back wall (134) and an axial bore (137) and a pilot washer (150) is located adjacent the compressor wheel back wall (134). The pilot washer (150) has an inner diameter (162) and an outer diameter (160), and includes a conical pilot ring (154) that extends into the axial bore (137) of the compressor wheel (132). The pilot washer (150) includes a slit (164) extending from the inner diameter (162) to the outer diameter (160). A nut (113) is threaded to the shaft (111) and is operative to provide an axial clamping force on the compressor wheel (132), thereby causing the pilot washer (150) to contract onto the shaft (111) as the pilot ring (154) extends into the bore (137).

A depression (18) in an internal core wall of the bearing housing (14) forms the oil drain cavity (20) with each end (22) of the depression (18) corresponding to a distal end (30) of the spacer (24). The spacer (24) is preferably substantially tubular with a row of oil-flow apertures (32) aligned on each outer span (34) of a recessed center portion (28) to induce swirling.

摘要: A gas compression system and a method of flow conditioning by a gas compression system are provided. A gas compression system includes a compact flow conditioner in a form of a flow conditioner tank and a combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit comprising an impeller configured to compress a mixture of gas and liquid, wherein the gas compression system is configured such that the gas and the liquid are separated in the flow conditioner tank, the separated gas and liquid are sucked up through the separate gas and liquid pipes and re-mixed again upstream of the impeller, and the liquid is distributed in a gas flow by Venturi effect, and wherein the Venturi effect is obtained by a constriction in the outlet pipe to the impeller, just upstream of the impeller.

摘要: A combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit and a gas compression system are provided. The combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit functions on a centrifugal principle for transporting liquid and gas from a flow conditioner to a remote multi-phase receiving plant, wherein a rotating separator separates liquid and gas upstream of a compressor part of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit, wherein the separated liquid is collected in a rotating annulus in such a way that the liquid is given kinetic energy which is converted to pressure energy in a static system, and wherein the pressurized liquid bypasses the compressor part of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit, and then is re-mixed with the gas downstream of the combined multi-phase pump and compressor unit.
