    摘要: Provided is a turbo compressor including a compressed gas inlet through which a gas is sucked in, an impeller for compressing the gas introduced through the compressed gas inlet, a compressed gas outlet through which the gas compressed by the impeller is discharged to the outside, a compression unit including a compressed gas channel connected from the compressed gas inlet to the compressed gas outlet, a motor including a rotating shaft having an end coupled to the impeller, to rotate the impeller, a housing including a motor accommodation space for accommodating the motor, a cooling air channel provided to pass through the motor accommodation space and formed to circulate a cooling gas accommodated therein, a cooling water channel formed to circulate a cooling liquid capable of cooling the housing, and thrust bearings disposed at an end of the rotating shaft, wherein the cooling water channel includes bearing cooling water channels disposed within a predetermined distance from the thrust bearings to cool the thrust bearings. According to the present invention, the thrust bearings supporting the rotating shaft and the cooling gas accommodated in front air channels adjacent to the bearing cooling water channels may be very rapidly cooled.

A cooling tube performs temperature adjustment of a gas flow path. A first temperature sensor is arranged at a position closer to the gas flow path than the cooling tube, a second temperature sensor is arranged at a position closer to the cooling tube than the gas flow path, and a control apparatus controls, based on a sensor signal of the first temperature sensor and a sensor signal of the second temperature sensor, (an on-off valve of) the cooling tube so that a temperature of the gas flow path approaches a predetermined gas flow path target temperature.

An inlet orifice directs a portion of the fluid through the accessory fluid path that includes a low-restriction return path providing a continuous flow of the fluid through the accessory fluid path and to an outlet orifice. A circuit board housing includes a contoured portion and a PCB with a thermistor in communication with contoured portion. The continuous flow is directed between the contoured portion and the outlet orifice between a rotor and the outer wall. The low-restriction return path maintains a temperature of the continuous flow of the fluid within the contoured portion of the accessory fluid path to be similar to a temperature of the fluid in the fluid path.
