摘要: The present disclosure provides a compressed air processing system of which the operation of supplying compressed air and the regeneration operation can be efficiently controlled by an electronic control unit. In particular, the present disclosure is characterized in that the pressure of a regeneration sequence valve installed in a regeneration line is increased over a set pressure by controlling a valve, which is electronically controlled, to switch, so the opening time of the regeneration line is delayed in comparison to the opening time of an unloader valve, whereby regeneration efficiency is improved.

摘要: An aircraft hydraulic actuation system for retracting an aircraft landing gear. The actuation system includes a supply line arranged to carry hydraulic fluid pressurized by a pump, a return line arranged to return hydraulic fluid to a reservoir, and a hydraulic actuator 128. In a first mode of operation, a first chamber 130 of the actuator 128 is supplied with pressurized hydraulic fluid from the supply line such that a piston 134 is moved in a first direction so as to move a load such as a landing gear. In a second mode of operation, the first chamber 130 is taken out of fluid communication with the supply line and a second chamber 132 is in fluid communication with the return line, such that the piston 134 is able to be moved under the influence of the load, for example when the landing gear extends under gravity.

摘要: The invention relates to a hydraulic drive having a differential cylinder which has a cylinder piston and a piston rod which is connected to the cylinder piston. The cylinder piston is arranged in a displaceable manner in a cylinder chamber in order to extend and retract piston rod. The cylinder chamber is separated by cylinder piston into a piston side, and a ring side with piston rod, each with a variable volume. The piston side and ring side are separated from one another by the piston and are connected to one another in a fluid conducting manner via a short-circuit line. The short-circuit line includes a switching valve for optionally shutting off short-circuit line in a fluid-tight manner. A switching valve can be switched into its blocking position at least indirectly in dependence on the pressure on piston side of cylinder chamber.

摘要: A hydraulic fluid energy regeneration apparatus of a work machine includes: a regeneration hydraulic motor driven by a return hydraulic fluid; a first hydraulic pump mechanically connected to the regeneration hydraulic motor; a second hydraulic pump that delivers a hydraulic fluid for driving a hydraulic actuator; a confluence line that causes the hydraulic fluid delivered from the first hydraulic pump to join the hydraulic fluid delivered from the second hydraulic pump; a first adjuster configured to adjust the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid of the first hydraulic pump; and a second adjuster configured to adjust the delivery flow rate of the second hydraulic pump. A control device includes: a first calculation section configured to calculate a non-confluence time pump flow rate in the case where the hydraulic actuator is driven solely by the second hydraulic pump and calculate a control command output to the first adjuster such that the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump is equal to or lower than the non-confluence time pump flow rate; and a second calculation section configured to calculate a target pump flow rate by subtracting from the non-confluence time pump flow rate the flow rate of the hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic pump and calculate a control command output to the second adjuster such that the target pump flow rate is attained.
