摘要: A hydraulic system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main hydraulic pump for discharging a hydraulic fluid; a plurality of driving apparatuses operating by receiving the hydraulic fluid; a parallel flow path through which the hydraulic fluid discharged by the main hydraulic pump flows; a plurality of control spools respectively connected to the parallel flow path in parallel to control the supply of hydraulic fluid to the plurality of driving apparatuses; and a plurality of electronic proportional decompression valves for adjusting a pilot pressure, applied to the respective control spools to be proportional to a current signal which has been input, wherein, if the plurality of control spools do not operate, the hydraulic fluid discharged by the main hydraulic pump is drained into an oil tank via the parallel flow path without passing through the plurality of control spools.

A method is disclosed for determining the actual available electrical power (APA, APB) of each of the first and second electrical power sources and to set a load factor (UPA, UPB) of each motor pump in order to share a load to generate hydraulic power demanded from the at least one consumer between the first and second motor pumps.

摘要: A pneumatic circuit for a pneumatic drive apparatus is disclosed. The pneumatic circuit includes a reservoir, a pump, and first, second and third valves. The first valve selectively provides a fluid connection between an inlet of the pump and the reservoir. The second valve selectively provides a fluid connection between an outlet of the pump and the reservoir. The third valve selectively provides a fluid connection between the reservoir and an actuation port. The pneumatic circuit is configured such that the first and second valves can selectively pressurise the reservoir, and such that the third valve can selectively communicate pressure from the reservoir to the actuation port.

摘要: Disclosed are various embodiments, aspects and features a multifunction, intelligent telescoping boom system. The system may comprise a hydraulic circuit with a continuous, circulating flow through a circuit that includes a hydraulic pump and a configurable valve bank. Valves in the valve bank may be designated to given components of any of a multitude of implement attachments. In this way, the continuous flow of hydraulic fluid through the valve bank may be distributed, via the valves, to the hydraulic components of implements. Hydraulic flow in excess of the demand created by the hydraulic components moves on through the valve bank and returns to the pump to continue the circulation. Also returning to the pump from the valve bank is any hydraulic fluid returning to the valve bank from the hydraulic components. Advantageously, because the system provides a continuous circulation of pressurized hydraulic fluid through the bank, implements with a mix of linear and rotating hydraulic components may be simultaneously powered from the same source of pressurized flow.

摘要: A hydraulic brake system for activating the wheel brakes of an aircraft landing gear assembly includes a hydraulic fluid supply line and an associated return line. There is a valve which separates a source of hydraulic fluid from a portion of the return line and an associated leak path associated with the valve that in use maintains the pressure and/or volume of hydraulic fluid in the portion of the return line above a minimum acceptable level. The leak path may be provided by a hole drilled in a part (e.g. the poppet) of a non-return check valve.

摘要: An electro-hydraulic control system for a multispeed transmission having a plurality of torque-transmitting mechanisms includes a controller for operably controlling the transmission, a fluid source for supplying hydraulic fluid, and a plurality of torque-transmitting mechanisms being operably selected between an applied and an unapplied state to achieve a plurality of ranges including at least one reverse, a neutral, and a plurality of forward ranges. The system includes a plurality of trim systems having pressure control solenoids and trim valves. The system may also include one or more shift valves disposed in fluid communication with the fluid source and being capable of moving between stroked and de-stroked positions. In any given range, only two of the plurality of torque-transmitting mechanisms may be applied. Moreover, three of the plurality of pressure control solenoids are normally high solenoids, and the remaining solenoids are normally low solenoids.
