    Abstract: In a first aspect of the invention, this is achieved by a joining system for furniture parts comprising female coupling recess formed in a first furniture part, a male coupling tongue projecting from an adjoining second furniture part, said female coupling recess being adapted to receive the male coupling tongue, said male coupling tongue comprising a first locking element configured for a snap joint interlocking engagement with a matching second locking element in said female coupling recess, the male coupling tongue being configured to be more flexible than the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises an upper guiding surface arranged on a first side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, forming an essentially non-resilient guide for the male coupling tongue upon insertion thereof, limiting movement of said male coupling tongue in a direction towards said first side of the female coupling recess. The joining system comprises a lower guiding surface arranged on a second side of the female coupling recess on the first furniture part, located opposite to said first side thereof, said lower guiding surface is configured to force the male coupling tongue to resiliently deflect whilst in engagement with said upper guiding surface upon further insertion thereof in a deflection movement towards said first side of the female coupling recess, until the first locking element of the male coupling tongue snaps together with the matching second locking element of the female coupling recess.

    Abstract: A furniture assembly includes a plurality of main panels interconnected to each other via a first fastening mechanism and a second fastening mechanism. The first fastening mechanism includes one or more pinholes on at least one of the main panels and one or more pins extended from at least one of the main panels to engage with, and being inserted in, the complementary pinholes. The second fastening mechanism includes one or more groove channels on at least one of the main panels and one or more projecting tongue profiles extended from at least one of the main panels to engage with, and being inserted in, the complementary groove channels. The furniture assembly remains entirely in a laying position during the assembly of the main panels.

    Abstract: A piece of furniture, comprising a first and second furniture part, which are coupled to each other at an angle by means of mechanical coupling means. A female part is made as an oblong slot in the second furniture part with an insertion opening for introducing a male part. When coupling the first furniture part and the second furniture part to each other, the male part is brought from an insertion position in the insertion opening to an end position in the female part by moving the male part and the female part along each other. The male part is situated on a narrow end of the first furniture part and is positioned with its center line between the central plane of the first furniture part and the inner side of the first furniture part. The slot is realized in the inwardly directed flat side of the second furniture part.

    Abstract: A routing jig and tenon fastener comprising of a jig that has a means to index a router the proper pathway to create a mortise in any object, and a means for indexing and installation of a corresponding tenon, specifically a routing jig and tenon fastener that is easily maneuverable, fixed or adjustable, in a form being an adjustable routing jig being comprised of a mortise mounting member and an adjustable indexing member, with different sizes and quadrilateral shapes to allow for smaller or larger mortise to be carved out by a router tool, the ability to index on a corner or edge where a mortise can be created, with means to attach the jig to the surface which allows the jig becomes a guide for a router tool to create a mortise, wherein the jig can be used as an indexing guide for aligning and attaching the uniquely and specifically designed quadrilateral tenon fastener for the mortise created by the routing jig, the tenon designed with specific holes, slots, grooves, or mounting options for attaching table legs or other objects, and the specifically placed holes, slots, and grooves allow for different sized screws and fasteners to be installed flush to the tenon.
