摘要: A clamping device includes a primary member with a central passage and a clamping member connected to the primary member. The clamping member includes an annular body that extends around the central passage between first and second ends. The device also includes an actuator mechanism with an actuator connected to the primary member at a pivot connection, and a pivot arm pivotably connected to the actuator at an eccentric connection spaced from the pivot connection. The actuator pivots between an unlocked position and a locked position, where the pivot arm engages the second end of the clamping member to move the first and second ends closer together. When moving the actuator mechanism from the unlocked to the locked position, the pivot arm travels ahead of the eccentric connection and/or toward the second end of the clamping member. Moving the actuator mechanism from the locked to the unlocked position causes the opposite movement.

摘要: A connector for fitting and removing, without use of tools.
The connector has first and second closable jaws. Each jaw is adapted to close around an item or unit, the jaws are connected together by way of a bar, at least one of the jaws is rotatable with respect to the bar and has a twist lock closure means which comprises two relatively rotatable parts. When rotated in a first sense the rotatable parts engages a lock means which prevents the jaws from opening by arresting a ratchet and pinion in place. When rotated in an opposite sense the lock means unlocks the jaws. The jaws are sprung apart by a resilient means which includes at least one O-ring which, when in a relaxed (unstretched) state retains the jaws in an open configuration.
The connector includes an attachment member that is sufficiently firm and stable, for the attachment of at least two units, such as push chairs.-

摘要: A spring-biased clamp includes a threaded rod; a load assembly mounted to a first end of the rod; a stop disk mounted to the second end; and a jaw assembly near the second end. The jaw assembly includes opposing jaws hinged together. The jaw assembly travels on the threaded rod. A method of suspending a load includes raising the clamp towards a ceiling structure; applying force to press the first and second jaws against an attachment point, spreading them; advancing the jaws until the torsion spring draws them together; and rotating the threaded rod until the stop disk contacts the attachment point. A weighted load is then attached to the load assembly. Loads can be quickly and safely secured with the clamp to the ceiling structure from the ground without elevating the installer.

摘要: A workplace organizer is useful for storing, separating, attaching, and moving cords (power supply, USB, HDMI, etc.) to mobile devices. The organizer has the form of a specially formed bulldog clip where one of the jaw members has a cord retention slot formed to extend from the clipping edge, while the other has a plurality of preferably offset slots at that same clipping edge. Each of the jaw members has a curving shape. In order to secure the retained position of the cords in the organizer, an end cap may be detachably fitted over the clipping edge and/or a sliding insert can be received in slots or retention channels on or in at least one of the jaw members. A detachable, segmented handle can be used to easy grasp and move the organizer. The jaw members, end cap, sliding insert, and handle all possess prominent surfaces on which printed indicia can be displayed.
