    Abstract: A fastener cap system can include a rigid cap and a sealing member which forms a liquid barrier so moisture is impaired from entering a space under the rigid cap and/or around a fastener installed through it. The sealing member can include a central seal disposed on an upper surface of the cap, the seal extending beyond a head of a fastener, which extends through the cap and sealing member, so that moisture is impaired from entering the cap under the head. The sealing member can be above and below respective lowermost and uppermost cap surfaces so the cap system can be fed cleanly and efficiently through a cap feeder during installation via a tool. The sealing member, which can have a higher coefficient of friction than the rigid cap, thereby does not drag along a cap feeder and cause feeding issues. Related methods of manufacture and use are provided.

    Abstract: A fastener comprising a nut, a washer, and a shell that axially retains the nut and the washer together. In one embodiment, the shell axially retains the nut and the washer together, and has a lower wall axially retaining the washer to the nut in a first direction, and a s-shaped section retaining the nut to the washer in a second direction. In another embodiment, the shell has a bent section and a lower wall extending axially away from the bent section. The lower wall of the bent section retains the washer to the shell. In yet another embodiment, the shell comprises a base wall including a first bend, a first skirt depending away from the first bend, a second bend extending away from the second bend, a third bend extending away from the second bend, and a second skirt depending away from the third bend.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a bolt fastening structure using a hole guard that can be mounted on holes of various sizes. Since the bolt is fastened to the hole guard already mounted on a lower structure, it is possible to fasten the bolt to a steel pad having large holes or elongated holes or a grating plate where the holes have been damaged and the sizes of the holes are inconsistent. Moreover, by forming a locking groove, into which a lower horizontal part of the bolt is inserted, or a protruding groove and a protrusion for rotation and fixation of the lower horizontal part on the lower surface of the hole guard, both the fixed and pivoting types of the lower horizontal part can be secured upright to the hole guard.

    Abstract: A tamper-proof screw includes a main body, a pin body, a ball, and at least one abutting member. A through hole is provided in the main body. The pin body is movably disposed in the through hole. The ball is located in the through hole. The abutting member is located in the through hole and has a connecting end and a free end opposite to each other. The connecting end is disposed on an inner wall of the main body and located between the ball and the free end. The ball is located between the pin body and the abutting member. When the pin body moves in the through hole to push the ball to press against the connecting end of the abutting member, the abutting member pivots around the connecting end to allow the free end to extend outwards from the main body.

    Abstract: A screw containment system is disclosed including a caddy, a first screw, an adhesive substance, and a cover. The caddy includes a plurality of recesses including a first recess extending from a first opening towards a second surface of the caddy. The first recess is sized to accept a screw therein and includes a counterbore at a distal end.
