    Abstract: An assembly for mounting a photovoltaic panel includes a support that includes first and second parallel flange surfaces and mounting clamp bases each fastened to an associated one of the parallel flange surfaces. Each of the mounting clamp bases includes a clamp base web including through holes longitudinally aligned along the web; domed uptakes radially extending from the clamp base web, where the domed uptakes separate the clamp base web from opposing longitudinally extending channels each formed from an associated channel base surface, an associated channel sidewall and channel top surface; opposing upright fingers extend from the channel top surfaces in a direction perpendicular to the clamp base web surface, where each of the upright fingers includes one or more serrated edges on each of its longitudinal sidewalls; and chamfered mounting clamp base protuberances that extend from the clamp base web.

    Abstract: A wall-mountable accessory such as one which is intended for hanging in a bathroom. The wall-mountable accessory may be a robe hook, a towel bar, a grab bar, a toilet paper holder, a ledge, or the like. The wall-mountable accessory may include a solid body that is at least partially formed from a brittle material. The solid body may have a hole that extends to an opening in its outer surface. The wall-mountable accessory may also include a mounting assembly for mounting the solid body to a wall. The mounting assembly may include a standoff configured to be coupled to the wall and a fastening pin that is coupled to the standoff and has a portion that nests within the hole in the solid body. The mounting assembly may apply a compressive force onto the solid body to prevent fracture.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for mounting a panel to a wiring cabinet are provided. The wiring cabinet can include a frame profile with a frame profile opening and the panel can have a panel opening. A fastening element used to mount the panel to the wiring cabinet can include an expanding rivet with an opening and at least two rivet legs. The expanding rivet can be received through the panel opening and the frame profile opening when aligned. The fastener can also include an expanding body that can be inserted into the opening of the expanding rivet so that the rivet legs are forced apart to cause the rivet legs to engage the frame profile.

    Abstract: A flexible shoulder pin module includes a barrel having an annular head portion, a cylindrical body portion, and a through-hole extending from a top surface of the body portion to a bottom end of the head portion; and a shoulder pin having a shaft portion and a shoulder portion formed thereon. The through-hole includes a first portion adjacent to the top surface of the body portion, and a second portion having a greater diameter than the first portion. The shaft portion is insertable through the first portion into the second portion. The shoulder portion is configured to adjustably extend above the top surface of the body portion to clamp a panel thereto. A compressible device is configured to be disposed around the shaft portion and secured by a stopper panel, which is coupled to the shaft portion and placed adjacent to the head portion within the second portion.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a push-on fastener to couple a first component to a second component via a post associated with the second component. The push-on fastener includes an annular body, a retention flange, and a release tab. The annular body defines a topside surface, an underside surface, and a retainer opening configured to receive at least a portion of the post. The retention flange is resiliently coupled to the annular body and arranged to engage the post. The retention flange is oriented toward a center of the retainer opening and canted away from the topside surface at a first angle. The release tab is coupled to the retention flange and flexes or to biases the retention flange away from the post to enable removal of the push-on fastener from the post.

    Abstract: A mounting system for mounting a solar panel assembly to a base assembly includes a panel support bracket, a base bracket and a clamp configured to exert a compressive force to hold the panel support bracket and the base bracket together. The clamp comprises a V-shaped clamp body that includes a pair of legs that are spring-loaded to oppose an approximation of the legs by an external compressive force. The clamp includes a pair of receiver slots, with each of the pair of receiver slots located on a corresponding one of the pair of legs. The pair of receiver slots collectively provides a clearance to admit the panel support bracket and the base bracket when the legs are compressed together.
