    Abstract: A bearing box for a rotating roll that delivers a high-temperature substance. The bearing box includes a bearing portion and a seal portion provided adjacent to the bearing portion and includes a first cooling liquid passage that is formed on the outer peripheral side of the bearing portion and through which a cooling liquid passes, and a second cooling liquid passage that is formed on the radially inner side relative to the first cooling liquid passage and on the outer peripheral side of the seal portion, the second cooling liquid passage communicating with the first cooling liquid passage to cause the cooling liquid to pass therethrough.

    Abstract: A bearing body is provided. The bearing body includes first and second support surfaces inclined so as to slope upward from a side on the imaginary central vertical plane passing through an axis of a rotating shaft to be supported toward one and the other outer sides in the width direction of the rotating shaft. First and second transitional regions that respectively make transitions from the first and second support surfaces to a first and end surface of the bearing body on one side in the axial direction of the rotating shaft have a curved shape projecting obliquely upward such that an orientation of a normal line changes from a perpendicular direction to a parallel direction with respect to the axis of the rotating shaft toward one side from the other side in the axial direction of the rotating shaft.

    Abstract: A cam follower roller device having a tappet extending along a longitudinal axis and including a cylindrical tappet body defining a bore.     Abstract: A roller structure and a manufacturing method thereof are introduced. The roller structure includes a cylindrical roller rotatable about an elongated axial portion disposed coaxially in a through-hole of the cylindrical roller, a bush with an end fixed to an end of the elongated axial portion, the bush having a first stop portion positioned proximate to one axial end of the cylindrical roller and another end having an engaging portion coupled to a load, and a second stop portion disposed at an opposite end of the elongated axial portion and positioned proximate to the other side of the roller such that the roller rotates between the first stop portion and the second stop portion. Hence, the roller structure and the manufacturing method thereof provide a modularized roller structure for carrying a load, effectuate modularized assembly and production, enhance assembly efficiency, attain structural streamlining, and cut costs.

    Abstract: A substrate processing device includes shafts, rollers, a gas blowing unit, bearings, and s suction unit. The shafts include internal spaces and first through holes communicated with the internal spaces. The rollers are attached to the shafts to be rotatable about axes of the shafts for conveying a substrate. The gas blowing unit is configured to blow gas to the substrate carried by the rollers. The bearings support the shafts to be rotatable and include second through holes communicated with the first through holes of the shafts. The bearings include inner rings fitted on the shafts, outer rings opposed to outer peripheries of the inner rings, respectively, and rolling components disposed between the inner rings and the outer rings. The suction unit is configured to suck air in the internal spaces of the shafts.

    Abstract: The invention relates to a device and a method for mounting a bearing 200 on a roll neck and for removing the bearing from the roll neck of a roll. Known devices of this type have a first and a second piston/cylinder unit. They also have a stop ring 130, fixed in the axial direction A at the end of the roll neck 320 remote from the body, which actsas a stop for the inner piston 110 of the first piston/cylinder unit. In addition, the known devices have a nut 150 which can be screwed onto an external thread of the inner piston to secure the bearing 200 in the axial direction, in particular during a rolling operation. As an alternative to the known prior art, the present invention provides that an annular cylinder 120 serves both as a cylinder for the first piston/cylinder unit and as a cylinder for the second piston/cylinder unit. For its function as a cylinder for the second piston/cylinder unit, said annular cylinder is covered to a certain ex ent on its side remote from the body by an annular cylinder cover 122. The cylinder cover 122 serves, together with an outer flange 142 of an outer piston 140, to axially delimit a removal pressure chamber 2 of the second piston/cylinder unit.
