摘要: A slide rail assembly includes a supporting frame, a first rail, a second rail and a third rail. The first rail is movable relative to the supporting frame. The second rail is movable relative to the first rail. The third rail is movable relative to the second rail, and the second rail is movably mounted between the first rail and the third rail. The first rail can be moved to a second predetermined position from a first predetermined position in a retracting direction relative the supporting frame. The first rail can be retained at the second predetermined position so as to shorten a length of the slide rail assembly such that the third rail can be detached from the second rail easily in a limited environment.

摘要: An air-floating guide rail device includes a guide rail unit, a slider unit, and a linear motor unit. The guide rail unit includes a guide rail body and two air-floating block sets made of a material different from that of the guide rail body and each including top and side air-floating blocks. The slider unit includes a main sliding seat and two lateral sliding seats connected integrally to the main sliding seat and each having first and second guiding surfaces transverse to each other and disposed respectively adjacent to corresponding top and side air-floating blocks, and first and second air guiding passages connecting the first and second guiding surfaces to the external environment. The linear motor unit includes a stator and a mover mounted fixedly to the main sliding seat and movable relative to the stator for driving linear movement of the slider unit relative to the guide rail unit.

Each of the carriage elements (2, 3) forms a stop along the longitudinal axis for the sliding element (4). At least one portion of the sliding element (4) is fixed in its position along the longitudinal axis (X) between these stops.

摘要: There is provided a marking positioning device for an elevator which is capable of easily performing marking at a designated position inside a hoistway. The marking positioning device for an elevator includes a body portion that flies inside the hoistway of an elevator, a detecting unit provided at the body portion and configured to detect a position of the body portion inside the hoistway, a measuring unit provided at the body portion and configured to measure a three-dimensional shape inside the hoistway, a marking unit provided at the body portion and configured to perform marking, and a control unit provided at the body portion and configured to control flight of the body portion on the basis of the position detected by the detecting unit so that a position of marking by the marking unit is located at a designated position set in the three-dimensional shape measured by the measuring unit.

摘要: A support table for a lithographic apparatus, a method of loading a substrate, a lithographic apparatus and a method for manufacturing a device using a lithographic apparatus. In one arrangement, a support table is configured to support a substrate. The support table has a base surface. The base surface faces a surface of the substrate when the substrate is supported by the support table. One or more gas cushion members are provided above the base surface. Each of the gas cushion members includes a recess. The recess is shaped and configured such that a lowering of the substrate into a position on the support table at which the substrate is supported by the support table causes a localised build-up of pressure within the recess. The localized build-up of pressure provides a localised gas cushioning effect during the lowering of the substrate.

The rack (5) in a neutral state is supported by the two supporting surfaces (21A, 21B) so as to be displaceable along a z-axis direction, and the rack (5) in operation is stably supported by the three supporting surfaces (21A-21C) at three places. A groove bottom position of an annular elastic member attachment groove (24), which is formed on an outer circumference of the bushing main body (2), is offset toward the support surface (21B) only in an area on a support surface (21B) side from the bushing main body axis O, and therefore an elastic ring (3) attached to the elastic member attachment groove (24), protrudes above an outer circumferential surface of the bushing main body (2), but only in the area on the support surface (21B) side from the bushing main body axis O.

Such a telescopic system is intended to be simpler in design and able to be mounted more easily. This is achieved in that the sliding element, at least with respect to a sliding plane defined by the longitudinal direction and a first transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, is then connected to a clamping element so as to be fixed against displacement on the profiled rail, wherein the clamping element is arranged with a clamping fit on the longitudinal profile of the profiled rail, to be precise in or on a longitudinal groove and/or on a longitudinal rib.
