    摘要: A clutch disk arrangement for a multi-disk clutch includes a hub element connectable to a shaft for rotation with the shaft about an axis of rotation. A carrier arrangement has a first carrier element and a second carrier element. The first carrier element is connected to the hub so that the first carrier element rotates with the hub. The second carrier element is connected to the first carrier element such that it is foxed with respect to rotation and axially movable relative to the first carrier element. The clutch disk arrangement further comprises at least two friction lining units. On of the friction lining units is firmly connected to the first carrier element and a second one of the friction elements is firmly connected to the second carrier element. Accordingly, the friction lining units are fixed with respect to rotation and axially movable relative to the hub element via the carrier arrangement.

    摘要: There is disclosed a conversion for a clutch of a motor vehicle which uses a conventional Belleville spring to bias a pressure plate and clamp a clutch disc between the pressure plate and the flywheel of the vehicle. In this invention, the frictional linings of the conventional clutch are substituted by frictional linings which are preferably located at optimum geometric spacing, and which have from 30-70 percent less surface area for frictional engagement than that conventionally furnished with the clutch. The invention is particularly applicable to upgraded performance cars, e.g., the new line of SLP cars being introduced by some manufacturers.

    摘要: Each clutch disk has a hub area designed to be connected nonrotatably to a power takeoff element and a friction surface area designed to be clamped between opposing friction surfaces. Each clutch disk has a torsional vibration damper arrangement including two cover disk elements connected to the hub area for rotation in common, and a central disk element connected to the friction surface area for rotation in common. The central disk element is or can be brought into torque-transmitting connection with the cover disk elements via a damper element arrangement. The central disk element has a damper element interaction area and, radially outside the damper element interaction area, a friction surface carrier area, which is offset with respect to the damper element interaction area in the direction of an axis of rotation.

    摘要: An object of the invention is to suppress an increase in an inner diameter of a friction facing of a clutch disk assembly, which may be caused by fixing portions of a plate member pair of a clutch disk assembly 1. The clutch disk assembly 1 is provided to couple to a flywheel 2 of an engine. The clutch disk assembly 1 includes a friction facing 20, a pair of plates 15 and 16, a hub 8, and coil springs 11. The plates 15 and 16 have fixing portions 34 fixing their outer peripheral portions together. The coil springs elastically couple the paired plates 15 and 16 to the hub 8 in the rotating direction. The fixing portions 34 project radially outward beyond the inner periphery of the friction facing 20.

A friction disc assembly is mounted concentric with an axis of rotation of the hub and is rotatably relative to the spring plate. A plurality of drive springs are operably disposed between the spring plate and the friction disc assembly. The friction disc assembly further includes a reinforcing plate and a substantially annular disc fixed to the reinforcing plate. A friction material button is fixed to the annular disc. Friction material button has a metallic friction material cookie with at least three apertures. A backer plate is fixed to the friction material. At least three spot welds are within three corresponding apertures in the cookie. At least one of the welds are offset from a line joining two others of the welds. The welds join the substantially annular disc and the backer plate, in turn fixing the friction material button to the substantially annular disc.
