Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly, wherein, the vehicle two-power-source dual driving assembly comprises two sets of driving units that are symmetrically arranged, the two sets of driving units connect to a same set of vehicle axle half shafts, each of the sets of driving units is provided with a power source and an automatic transmission, and each of the automatic transmissions connects to one of the vehicle axle half shafts. The automatic transmission is provided therein with an input shaft, an intermediate shaft and an output shaft that are parallel, the input shaft, the intermediate shaft and the output shaft are provided thereon with multistage gears with different transmission ratios, the power source connects to the input shaft, and the output shaft connects to a left half shaft or a right half shaft of the vehicle axle half shaft. The present disclosure can realize transmission of two speed ratios, with flexible transmission modes, which shortens the axial size of the driving assembly, which cannot only satisfy the acceleration capability and climbing ability of the vehicle but also satisfy the demand on high vehicle speed.

Abstract: Setting a system pressure for a hydraulically actuated clutch comprises
a) Providing a system comprising a pump drivable by an electrically operated motor controlled by a control unit that senses a motor current and rotational speed and a system temperature is determined;
b) a characteristic diagram is provided specifying values for at least the motor current and rotational speed for different system operating points;
c) Accessing the characteristic diagram while operating a vehicle;
d) Sensing at least the motor current and rotational speed at at least a first operating point and determining the system temperature ;
e) Comparing the values, acquired in step d) for the current and speed with the values for the current and rotational speed from the characteristic diagram according to step b);
f) Adapting the characteristic diagram for the system on the basis of the parameters determined in step d).-

Abstract: A selectable one-way clutch includes: a shaft; an actuator configured to cause the shaft to perform a rectilinear motion in a shaft direction; and an arm including an operation portion configured to receive force in the shaft direction from the shaft. The shaft includes a first flange and a second flange. An engaged state and a released state the selectable one-way clutch are switched by an operation of the arm by the rectilinear motion of the shaft, in an assembled state of the shaft and the arm in which the operation portion is arranged between the first flange and the second flange. The first flange is provided with a cut portion in an outer peripheral edge of the first shaft. The shaft has a structure in which the first flange does not face the operation portion in the shaft direction by the cut portion of the first flange.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for increasing the availability of a hybrid separating clutch in a hybrid drive train of a motor vehicle, wherein the hybrid separating clutch is disposed between an internal combustion engine and an electric traction drive. In the method where even in the event of a fault the motor vehicle continues to be driven, the hybrid separating clutch is controlled by a hydrostatic actuator, and when a malfunction of the hydrostatic actuator is detected, for actuation of the hybrid separating clutch which is engaged in the non-actuated state, the last state of the hydrostatic actuator detected by a control mechanism is used for estimation of a minimum clutch torque which can be transmitted.

Abstract: A backing plate configuration and a friction clutch assembly for an automotive transmission are provided. The backing plate configuration includes a main body having a reaction section connected to a perpendicularly disposed strength section. The thickness of the strength section may be less than or equal to the thickness of the reaction section. The friction clutch assembly includes interleaved first and second clutch plates. The main body (of the backing plate) is disposed adjacent to an end second clutch plate. The main body is piloted by and/or splined to the same transmission member as the end second clutch plate. In an engaged position, the end second clutch plate is compressed directly against and into contact with the main body. A method of forming the backing plate configuration is included, which includes stamping of the main body.

Abstract: A method of predicting the health of and controlling a hydraulic pressure actuated torque converter lock-up clutch includes determining rotational input and output speeds of the torque converter. The method also includes determining a magnitude of the hydraulic pressure. The method additionally includes determining a level of performance of the clutch across multiple torque converter operating modes using the determined input and output torque converter speeds and the determined magnitude of the hydraulic pressure. The method also includes calculating a numeric state of health (SOH) coefficient of the clutch that quantifies a relative severity of degradation of a plurality of clutch characteristics across the multiple torque converter operating modes. Furthermore, the method includes executing a control action relative to the clutch when the calculated numeric SOH coefficient for specified torque converter operating mode(s) is less than a calibrated SOH threshold.

Abstract: According to a method for operating a clutch transmission, especially a dual clutch transmission, which includes a hydraulic circuit having at least one pump for delivering hydraulic medium and at least one pressure accumulator for accommodating and making available a hydraulic medium under pressure, the pump associated with an electric motor is operated depending on a charge requirement of the pressure accumulator. To determine the charge requirement, the pump is driven by the electric motor, and the current consumed by the electric motor in the process is detected to determine the charge requirement.
