Abstract: A pneumatic actuator (1) includes a pneumatic piston (4) and a pneumatic body (6) that includes a main body (8) and a guide shaft (10) for guiding the pneumatic piston (4). A pneumatic chamber (14) is defined between the guide shaft (10) and the main body (8). The pneumatic piston (4) is received in the pneumatic chamber (14) and slidably arranged on the guide shaft (10). The main body (8) and the guide shaft (10) are separate elements, wherein the guide shaft (10) is fixed to a fixing portion (16). The main body (8) is made from a first material (M1) and the guide shaft (10) is made from a second material (M2) having a higher wear resistance than the first material (M1). The actuator may be used in a clutch assembly (104) and a commercial vehicle (101).

A one of the disconnect clutch or the clutch is a dry clutch in the dry space and the other of the disconnect clutch or the clutch is a wet clutch in the wet space.

Abstract: A clutch device includes a main clutch, a pilot clutch, and an inner cage. The main clutch has a friction pack, a pressure device for pressing the friction pack, and a ramp system for moving the pressure device. The pilot clutch is for transmitting torque to the ramp system and can be opened and closed by moving the counter-plate. The pressure device can be moved by the counter-plate. The friction pack is mechanically connected to the inner cage and an outer cage. The ramp system includes a first ramp element arranged on the inner cage, a freewheel, and a second ramp element. The freewheel blocks rotary movement of the first ramp element in a first rotational direction and allows rotary movement in an opposite rotational direction. The first and second ramp elements, and the pilot clutch, are mechanically connected to the inner cage when the pilot clutch is closed.

Abstract: The present invention provides a modular transmission mechanism for a hybrid power system, and a hybrid power system; the modular transmission mechanism integrates a motor, a rotor support assembly, a clutch, a concentric slave cylinder, and an engine output shaft. On the one hand, the modular transmission mechanism enables an input/output bracket of the clutch to be in drive coupling with the engine output shaft, and the rotor support assembly to be in drive coupling with an input shaft of a transmission; on the other hand, the modular transmission mechanism enables the input/output bracket of the clutch to be in drive coupling with the input shaft of the transmission, and the rotor support assembly to be in drive coupling with the engine output shaft. In this way, the modular transmission mechanism according to the present invention can realize a conversion of the hybrid power system between a P1 architecture and a P2 architecture only by simple adjustment on the structure, thereby reducing the research and development cost and burden consumed by separately developing the P1 architecture and the P2 architecture.
