Abstract: A clutch arrangement is provided with a clutch housing that connects a drive unit to an output, such as a transmission, which is rotatable around a central axis and with which an axial central projection is associated at the side of the clutch housing facing the drive unit in the radial extension area of its rotational center. The axial central projection receives a rotor carrier receiving a rotor of an electric machine. The central projection is connected at least so as to be fixed with respect to relative rotation to the drive unit via a first connection device and to the rotor carrier via a second connection device.

Abstract: A fluid transmission device for a vehicle includes a cover and a positioning member. The cover is configured to be driven rotatably about the axis of the fluid transmission device integrally with a drive plate. The drive plate includes a positioning hole that positions the drive plate and the cover. The positioning member is a columnar member. The positioning member is provided on the surface side of the cover, which is opposed to the drive plate, at a radially outer position of the cover. The positioning member protrudes to a drive-plate side in a state where the positioning member is arranged in the positioning hole. The positioning member protrudes from the drive plate obliquely with respect to the axis direction of the fluid transmission device. A radially outermost position of the positioning member is located on the radially inner side relative to a radially outermost position of the cover.

The system includes an auxiliary nozzle valve disposed along an auxiliary flow path. The auxiliary nozzle valve is configured to control a third flow of the high pressure fluid stream into the auxiliary nozzle of the turbine.

Abstract: A stator for use with a torque converter includes an inner annular shell, outer annular core, a plurality of stator blades and pressure-side fluid directing projections. The plurality stator blades are disposed around the inner shell in a spaced apart configuration and radially extend to the outer core. Each stator blade includes an inlet-side edge, an opposed outlet-side edge and opposed pressure-side and suction-side surfaces extending between the inlet-side and outlet-side edges. The pressure-side fluid directing projections outwardly project from the pressure-side surface in spaced relation to each other and each extend between the inlet-side and outlet-side edges. The fluid directing projections are configured to aid in redirecting torque converter fluid returning from a turbine and reducing fluid separation as the fluid interacts with the stator blades and associated fluid directing projections thereby increasing efficiency and performance of the torque converter.
