    摘要: A damper device includes a first rotor, a second rotor, a plurality of elastic members, and a spring seat. The spring seat includes an end surface support portion and an outer periphery support portion. The end surface support portion includes a recess on a radially middle part thereof. The recess is recessed toward at least one of the elastic members. The end surface support portion supports one end surface of the at least one of the elastic members. The end surface support portion is supported by a pressing surface of a first accommodation portion of the first rotor and a pressing surface of a second accommodation portion of the second rotor. The outer periphery support portion supports part of a radially outer part of the at least one of the elastic members.

    摘要: A rotor assembly for a hybrid module includes a rotor carrier, a rotor segment, an end ring, a first spacer, a second spacer, and a compressed spring. The rotor carrier includes a first outer cylindrical surface and a radial surface, and the rotor segment is installed on the first outer cylindrical surface. The end ring is fixed to the rotor carrier and arranged for fixing to an engine flexplate. The first spacer is disposed axially between the rotor segment and the radial surface, and the second spacer is disposed axially between the rotor segment and the end ring. The compressed spring is disposed axially between the end ring and the second spacer to press the first spacer, the second spacer, and the rotor segment against the radial surface for frictional torque transmission between the rotor segment and the rotor carrier.

    摘要: A tooth driven over-torque protection mechanism for use in a slack adjuster or as an air disc brake clutch, includes a shaft, toothed gear, a clutch device, a first spring, and a second spring. The toothed gear is disposed on the shaft. The toothed gear has a first pinion teeth set that extends along a first direction and a second teeth set that extends along a second direction. The clutch device that is also disposed on the shaft and includes an upper cam and a lower cam. The first spring biases the toothed gear against the clutch device. The second spring biases the clutch device against the toothed gear. The upper cam has cam teeth that cooperate with the second teeth set of the toothed gear in a torque transmitting manner, such that a torque applied in a clockwise direction to the first pinion teeth is transmitted to the upper cam through the second teeth set, but torque applied in a counterclockwise direction is opposed by the first spring.

    摘要: A power transmission device includes a flywheel and a torque limiter unit fixed to the flywheel. The flywheel includes an annular portion and an accommodation portion provided on an inner peripheral side of the annular portion to accommodate the torque limiter unit. The torque limiter unit includes a first plate, a second plate, a friction disc disposed between the first and second plates, and a pressing member. A torque is inputted to the first plate. The first plate includes first engaging portions. The second plate is axially opposed to and non-rotatable relative to the first plate. The second plate includes second engaging portions engaged with the first engaging portions. The pressing member presses the second plate onto the friction disc. The annular portion of the flywheel is provided with recesses on the inner peripheral surface thereof.
