The sliding-resistant material protrudes from the pulley contact surface, and is at least one of hydrophobic resin particles and hydrophobic resin fibers having an official regain of 0.4% or below, and in the rubber composition, a content of the hydrophilic inorganic filler with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component is 35 parts by mass or more.

摘要： A power transmission apparatus includes a first pulley and a second pulley. A belt is extended around them. A supply unit supplies a voltage such that the first pulley and the belt are electrostatically attracted and that the second pulley and the belt are electrostatically attracted. The belt includes a conductor layer. At least one pulley includes a first electrode to which a first voltage is applied and a second electrode that is insulated from the first electrode and to which a second voltage is applied. An insulating layer or a dielectric layer is arranged between the conductor layer of the belt and the first electrode of the at least one pulley and an insulating layer or a dielectric layer is arranged between the conductor layer of the belt and the second electrode of the at least one pulley.

A layer of a thermoplastic material at least partially covers the ribs, and a knitted fabric is arranged over the thermoplastic material. Preferably, the thermoplastic material includes a polyolefin irradiated with a dose amount of radiation between 60 and 140 kGy.
