Abstract: An actuator device includes a base body that defines a receiving space. A first end subunit has a ventilation hole, a first oil injection hole, and a first oil injection nozzle extending from the first oil injection hole into the receiving space. A second end subunit is connected to the base body. A sliding unit is slidable relative to the base body, and has a slide table, a nut seat connected to the slide table, and a connection hole connected to the slide table and the base body. A pressure relief unit is mounted in the ventilation hole for allowing air to be discharged from the receiving space to an external environment. A driving unit is operable for driving movement of the sliding unit.

Abstract: Disclosed are a telescopic assembly and an occlusion mechanism. The telescopic assembly includes a rotating shaft, a telescopic piece, and a connecting piece; two spiral orbits extending in an axis direction are disposed on the circumferential side of the rotating shaft, and the spiral orbits are rotatably intersected with each other and communicate on tail ends to form a closed orbit; the telescopic piece sleeves around the rotating shaft; the connecting piece is movably connected to the telescopic piece, and the other end of the connecting piece moves in a spiral orbit groove all the time during movement; and with the rotation of the rotating shaft, the connecting piece drives the telescopic piece to do reciprocating movement along an axis so that the automatic telescopic movement of the telescopic piece is achieved. The telescopic assembly pushes a first rocking bar and a second rocking bar to achieve an occlusion action.

Abstract: An actuator assembly is provided for converting rotation into linear displacement including a linear fluid dispensing tube for linear displacement. Hemispherical lugs are monolithically formed on the linear member. A primary gear includes a central bore having helix grooves formed into a surface of the central bore. The helix grooves receive the hemispherical lugs so that each helix groove mates with a respective hemispherical lug to reduce friction, so that hemispherical lugs slide smoothly within the respective helix grooves. Linear projections are formed on the exterior surface of the dispensing tube and extend longitudinally along the dispensing tube. A projecting portion has an aperture for receiving and guiding the dispensing tube through the linear displacement. Mating grooves are formed on an interior of the projecting portion for receiving and guiding the linear projections, thereby preventing the dispensing tube from rotating during travel.

Abstract: Apparatus is described for administering a substance to a subject. A vial contains the substance and a stopper is disposed within the vial and is slidably coupled to the vial. A first threaded element is (a) rotatable with respect to the vial and (b) substantially immobile proximally with respect to the vial during rotation of the first threaded element. A second threaded element is threadedly coupled to the first threaded element. At least a distal end of the second threaded element is substantially non-rotatable with respect to the vial, and the distal end of the second threaded element defines a coupling portion that couples the second threaded element to the stopper. The first threaded element, by rotating, linearly advances the stopper and at least the distal end of the second threaded element toward a distal end of the vial. Other embodiments are also described.
