摘要: A vibration-reducing portal box assembly for mounting a wheel of an off-road vehicle includes a housing with a receptacle adapted to receive a stock axle shaft of an off-road vehicle, an output shaft operably connectable to a stock axle received in the housing and effective to rotate upon rotation of said stock axle, and a wheel hub having a central opening adapted to receive said output shaft, and adapted to turn a wheel mounted to said wheel hub upon rotation of said output shaft. The output shaft has a tapered portion connecting its proximal end to its distal end. The wheel hub has a tapered portion adapted to matingly receive the tapered portion of the output shaft. The output shaft may be connected to the stock axle shaft by a geared linking mechanism.

摘要: The present disclosure relates to a damping system for a hydraulic coupling device, comprising: an output hub having a central axis and a torus which surrounds the central axis, a first track being arranged in the torus; a plurality of turbine mass assemblies uniformly distributed around the central axis, each turbine mass assembly comprising a turbine section, each turbine section carrying a plurality of blades and being provided with a second track corresponding to the first track; a roller that can roll along a roller track defined by the first track and a corresponding second track, so that the turbine mass assembly can move relative to the output hub and exert torque on the output hub; wherein each turbine mass assembly further comprises a mass plate fixedly connected to the turbine section, the output hub being arranged between the mass plate and the turbine section. The invention relates to a hydraulic coupling device comprising the damping system and a motor vehicle comprising the hydraulic coupling device.

摘要: Separate structural units for an inner gear and a housing of a planetary gear device include an inner gear with a first raised portion formed on the outer peripheral surface of the inner gear, where the first raised portion extends towards in a direction that is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the inner gear. A housing includes a second raised portion formed on an inner peripheral surface, where the second raised portion extends in a direction that is inclined in respect to the axial direction. The housing contains the inner gear such that there is a gap formed between the inner peripheral surface of the housing and the outer peripheral surface of the inner gear. Movement of the inner gear within the interior of the housing is limited through linear contact of the first raised portion and the second raised portion.

摘要: The present invention relates to a dampened gear system for reducing gear rattle. More specifically, a dampened gear system includes a first gear vibrationally isolated from a second gear. At least one damper prevents rotational engagement between the first gear and second gear until a rotational load is applied. When a rotational load is applied, the at least one damper is compressed, resulting in at least one lug on the second gear contacting an engagement surface on the first gear, allowing the rotational load to be mechanically transferred from one gear to the other gear.

摘要: An improved, low porosity, solid electrolyte membrane and a method of manufacturing the solid electrolyte membrane are provided. The low porosity, solid electrolyte membrane significantly improves both mechanical strength and porosity of the membrane, inhibits the growth of lithium dendrites (Li dendrites), and thereby maintains and maximizes electrochemical stability of an all-solid-state battery. This is accomplished by wet-coating a sulfide or oxide solid electrolyte particle with a thermoplastic resin, or a mixture of the thermoplastic resin and a thermosetting resin, using a solvent to prepare a composite and hot-pressing the composite at a relatively low temperature and at a low pressure.
