摘要: A vehicle gearshift autonomous control device including a first actuator module, a second actuator module and an electronic control unit, is provided in an add-on manner to retrofit the vehicle transmission with both autonomous and human control gearshift functions. In an autonomous gearshift mode, the electronic control unit executes the vehicle gearshift autonomous control method and receives an autonomous gearshift command to drive the first actuator module to push a shift lever to implement a lateral shift selection, or to drive the second actuator module to spin a spin lever to implement a longitudinal gearshift. For vehicle security, whenever a vehicle gearshift autonomous control device failure or a human control gearshift intervention is detected in the autonomous gearshift mode, the electronic control unit shuts off the autonomous gearshift mode and switches to a human control gearshift mode to perform the human control gearshift function.

摘要: A human-powered vehicle control device is provided for controlling a human-powered vehicle. The human-powered vehicle control device includes an electronic controller controls a transmission device in accordance with a control state including first and second control states. The electronic controller changes the transmission ratio in accordance with a shifting condition including a reference value related to a traveling state of the human-powered vehicle in the first control state. The electronic controller changes the transmission ratio in accordance with an operation performed on an operation portion in the second control state. The electronic controller changes the shifting condition in accordance with a converging reference value for a case where the human-powered vehicle is in a riding converging state. The electronic controller changes the shifting condition in accordance with the converging reference value for a case where the control state is the second control state.

The controller is configured to determine a permitted shift timing based on the driving torque and the cadence. The controller is further configured to control a shift mechanism to perform a gear shift during the permitted shift timing in accordance with a permitted cadence range and a first threshold of the driving torque.

The control device is configured to control operation of the transmission. The control device includes a controller configured to perform shift hold control to prevent upshift of the transmission based on a lateral acceleration value of the vehicle. The controller is configured to permit the upshift of the transmission by only one gear shift stage in a case where a predetermined condition is met in the shift hold control. The predetermined condition includes a condition that an index value indicating a rotation speed of an output shaft of the torque converter be higher than a first threshold value.

摘要: A gearshift assembly comprises a shift lever pivotable about first and second axes, a sensor assembly comprising first and second paths of sensors, and a sensor triggering element mounted on an element carrier moveably mounted in a housing and coupled to the shift lever to enable movement of the sensor triggering element along the sensors in response to movements of the shift lever. The element carrier is moveably supported by a guide structure in the housing and coupled by a hinge connection to a link with the link connected to the shift lever. The element carrier performs linear movement in response to pivoting of the shift lever about the first axis to move the sensor triggering element along the first path of sensors, and is pivoted in response to pivoting of the shift lever about the second axis to pivot the sensor triggering element along the second path of sensors.

摘要: A clutch is provided that includes a fixed sheave portion, a movable sheave portion, a movable sheave assembly, an idler bearing and a torque drag member. The movable sheave assembly is configured to axially move the movable sheave portion in relation to the fixed sheave portion in response to a change in a rotational speed of the clutch. The idler bearing is rotationally mounted on a central post of the fixed sheave portion. The idler bearing is positioned to engage an inside face of a belt when the fixed sheave portion and the movable sheave portion are located a select distance away from each other. The torque drag member is operationally coupled to exert a select amount of torque drag on the idler bearing.
