Abstract: A park lock assembly for a vehicle transmission includes a toothed park lock gear and a moveable locking pawl that is moveable between an engaged state, in which the locking pawl is in locking engagement with the park lock gear, and a disengaged state, in which the park lock gear is freely rotatable relative to the locking pawl. The park lock assembly also includes an inductive angular position sensor located on an axial side of the park lock gear and configured for detecting angular position of the park lock gear. The park lock assembly includes an electronic control unit for detecting the angular position of the park lock gear, operating an electrical machine to rotate the park lock gear, actuating a locking pawl, and detecting engagement of the locking pawl and the park lock gear.

Abstract: A control system to control an operation of a power transmission of a work vehicle includes a storage to store data indicating a relationship between a ratio between a rotational speed of a predetermined component on a power transmission path to transmit the rotation of the planetary transmission to wheels and a rotational speed of the internal combustion engine, and switching points at which the transmission gear of the planetary transmission is switched, and a controller to control the hydraulic clutch mechanism to perform switching of the transmission gear. Where the transmission gear is switched when the ratio changes to reach a first value corresponding to a first switching point or after the ratio reaches the first value, the controller controls the hydraulic clutch mechanism so as to start hydraulic fluid charging to perform switching of the transmission gear before the ratio reaches the first value.

Abstract: A forklift active braking control method based on power shift transmission, comprising the following steps: step 1: obtaining forklift state parameters, if the current state of the forklift is an active braking state, performing step 2; step 2: inputting a current speed signal of the forklift, and obtaining duty ratio parameters that are impact-free and can produce a maximum braking force at the current speed, and outputting proportional solenoid valve control parameters of the transmission according to the obtained duty ratio parameters; step 3: using the proportional solenoid valve control parameters to control the proportional solenoid valve of the transmission to take action, and controlling the forklift power system to output a driving force opposite to a current movement direction of the forklift to drive the forklift to actively brake; step 4: exiting the active braking of the forklift when the forklift speed is detected to be zero.

Abstract: A vehicle gear control method includes acquiring a driving scene image while a vehicle is driving, and performing image recognition on the acquired driving scene image to obtain a driving scene label including at least one of a road attribute label, a traffic attribute label, or an environment attribute label. The method further includes acquiring driving status data and driving behavior data corresponding to the vehicle. The driving status data indicates at least one of vehicle speed and vehicle acceleration and the driving behavior data indicates at least one of a brake control input, an accelerator control input, or a throttle opening degree. The method further includes determining a gear shifting mode based on the driving status data, the driving behavior data, and the driving scene label. The gear shifting mode controls the vehicle to drive according to a corresponding gear at a corresponding gear shifting time.

Abstract: A method for determining an actuating-travel range between two shift-element halves of a form-locking shift element (A, F) during an engagement of the shift element (A, F) and in the presence of a tooth-on-tooth position between the two shift-element halves is provided. An actuating movement of the at least one movable shift-element half with respect to the other shift-element half is monitored by a sensor. A tooth-on-tooth position is detected when it is determined, by the sensor, within an actuating-travel range of the at least one movable shift-element half between a disengaged condition and an engaged condition of the shift element, that the actuating movement of the movable shift-element half in the engagement direction is zero. A ratio between an engagement force applied at the shift element and a radial force acting on the shift-element halves is within a value range, which facilitates a tooth-on-tooth position and an actuating movement of the shift-element half in the engagement direction is detected by the sensor after the reduction of the engagement force and/or after an increase of the applied torque.

Abstract: Disclosed is method for operating a multi-gear vehicle transmission having a plurality of shifting elements (A, B, C, D, E) for engaging gears of the vehicle transmission. In a neutral gear a transmission input (1) and a transmission output (2) of the vehicle transmission are decoupled from one another. In a driving gear the transmission input (1) and the transmission output (2) of the vehicle transmission are coupled with one another by closing the shifting elements (A, B, C, D, E) associated with the driving gear in order to propel the vehicle. When the neutral gear is engaged, a transmission condition is determined, and if a transmission condition with elevated drag losses exists, then in addition to the shifting elements (A, B, C, D, E) of a driving gear, at least one further shifting element (A, B, C, D, E) of the vehicle transmission is closed.

Abstract: The transmission controller is configured to, when the received range position signal indicates that the range position is switched from a travelling range to a neutral range during travelling, output an instruction to disengage all of friction elements that are in an engaged state in the travelling range, output an instruction to at least one friction element before the instruction to disengage all of the friction elements that are in the engaged state in the travelling range is output, confirm a change in a rotation speed of a transmission input shaft after the instruction to disengage is output to the at least one friction element, and when there is no change in the rotation speed, diagnose that the friction element instructed to be disengaged is in an erroneously engaged state in which the friction element is not able to be disengaged.
