    摘要: A hydraulic unit includes a driving mechanism whose displacement volume is adjustable to two operational states by means of a position-able adjustment element. The adjustment element can be positioned by a servo piston of a servo unit into a first, initial position and a second, operative position. A first front face and a second front face of the servo piston, which are opposing each other, can be pressurized individually with pressurized hydraulic fluid in order to position the servo piston at either end position of a servo cylinder of the servo unit. The servo piston is of a stepped design thereby forming a ring-shaped damping surface opposing the first front face. In the servo cylinder a ring-shaped shoulder surface is formed opposing the damping surface such that a damping volume is formed in the servo cylinder by the damping surface, the shoulder surface and the servo cylinder.

    摘要: A speed control system for a hydrostatic transmission includes an engine having a drive shaft connected to a hydraulic pump. At least one hydrostatic motor is connected to the pump in a closed circuit by a flow line. Connected to the motor via a system shaft is a vehicle system. A controller is connected to a plurality of sensors and a proportional high pressure relief valve that is connected to the flow line between the pump and the motor. Based on information received from the sensors, the controller sets the pressure relief valve to limit the pressure to a valve that will not over-speed the engine and allows the demands of the speed control system to be attained. This may be accomplished through the use of various algorithms.

    摘要: A hydraulic-motor drive circuit system includes an auxiliary hydraulic source connected to one end of an auxiliary line, a low-pressure selector connected to the other end of the auxiliary line and a pair of main lines for causing the other end of the auxiliary line to communicate with one of the main lines on the low pressure side during rotation of a hydraulic motor for driving an inertia load, and a switching control arranged in the auxiliary line for supplying the hydraulic fluid from the auxiliary hydraulic source to the other end of the auxiliary line when the directional control valve is in a neutral position, cutting off the hydraulic fluid from the auxiliary hydraulic source to the other end of the auxiliary line when the directional control valve is in an operative position. When the directional control valve is returned to the neutral position to halt the hydraulic motor, if brake pressure is generated in the main line on the return side by inertial rotation of the hydraulic motor, the low-pressure selector causes the main line on the supply side to communicate with the auxiliary line, and the switching control enables the hydraulic fluid from the auxiliary hydraulic source to be supplied to the other end of the auxiliary line. Thus, the auxiliary hydraulic source replenishes hydraulic fluid into the main line on the supply side through the auxiliary line and the low-pressure selector, preventing cavitation in the main line on the low pressure side.
