摘要: A hydraulic drive for feed rollers of a head of a complete timber harvester includes two radial piston motors coupled for conjoint rotation to the feed rollers. One radial piston motor has only one displacement volume and the other radial piston motor has two displacement volumes, between which it is possible to switch. A tree trunk clamped between the feed rollers can thus be moved at two speeds. At the higher speed, pressure medium circulates under a control pressure in the second displacement volume of the switchable radial piston motor.

摘要: The present invention discloses a hydraulic style motor having a first power input housing containing a first plurality of rotary or centrifugally driven pumps and associated valves, such that the pumps are driven in a determined stacked fashion by a powered input (or drive) shaft. A second power output housing contains at least one second rotary driven pump and associated valve, the second pumps rotatably engaging a second output (driven) shaft. A pressure resistant fluid line interconnects a manifold associated with the first housing with another manifold associated with the second housing so that the pressurized fluid generated by rotation of the input pumps in the input housing is communicated to the output housing to drive the output pumps to rotate the output (driven) shaft. A return line communicates with the output housing manifold, via each of the individual pump and valve subassemblies, for redirecting flow back to an input feed to the input housing.

摘要: A hydrostatic system is configured to be integrated in a vehicle, e.g. an excavator. The hydrostatic system may comprise a first closed hydraulic circuit including a first hydraulic pump and a first hydraulic motor configured to operate a first component of the vehicle, and a second closed hydraulic circuit including a second hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic motor rated to operate a second component of the vehicle. Furthermore, a single six-port two-position directional valve may be provided. The single six-port two-position directional valve may be configured to switch between a first position and a second position such that in the first position the first hydraulic motor is driven by the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic motor is driven by the second hydraulic pump, and in the second position the first hydraulic motor is disconnected from the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic motor is driven by both the first and second hydraulic pumps. The present disclosure also refers to a method for operating a hydrostatic system configured to be integrated in a vehicle.

摘要: A hydrostatic transmission with a closed hydraulic circuit includes a consumer which is connected through work lines to a reversible hydraulic pump and is pressurized on both sides by an external pressure source. The hydraulic circuit includes a first continuous rinsing and feeding circuit which depends on the leakage flow of the hydraulic pump and possibly a second discontinuous rinsing circuit separate from the first circuit and connected to the external pressure source. The hydrostatic transmission further includes an adjustable regulating device which determines through a valve the adjustment of the hydraulic pump. The regulating device, which may be arranged outside of the immediate vicinity of the hydrostatic transmission, interacts with a control device which is directly assigned to the hydrostatic transmission and includes a valve constructed as a servo valve, wherein, for adjusting the arrangement, the servo valve can be switched to manual control. A manually operable lock valve is provided between the servo valve and the hydraulic pump adjustment. The throttles used for pressurization are adjustable as well as lockable and the work lines are equipped with pick-ups for the actual pressure value.

摘要: A hydraulic transmission, in particular for an automotive drive system including a combustion engine comprises at least a pair of hydrostatic pumps and at least a pair of hydrostatic motors each pump and/or motor having the same size or different size with a constant or adjustable through-put. Automatically actuated clutches are provided to connect the pumps to the engine and to connect the motors to a load. A variety of transmission ranges is obtained by activating selected ones of the individual pumps and motors by actuating corresponding clutches. Therefore, the combustion engine may be operated under conditions in which fuel comsumption is as low as possible.

摘要: At least one fixed-delivery pump is interconnected in parallel with a variable-delivery pump to drive a motor. A control means serves to connect or disconnect each fixed-delivery pump to or from the motor in response to the variable-delivery pump reaching one or the other of two extreme values of operation. The control means uses a rotary valve to interconnect the fixed delivery pumps which valve is rotated off the adjusting means of the variable-delivery pump via a projection and a formed link guide slot in the rotary valve.

According to one example, the system can include at least one input shaft, at least one output shaft, a plurality of hydraulic devices, and one or more accessories. The plurality of hydraulic devices can be configured to be operable as vane pumps in a retracted vane mode of operation and can be configured to be operable as a hydraulic couplings to couple the at least one input shaft with the at least one output shaft in a vane extended mode of operation. The plurality of hydraulic devices can be simultaneously operable as the hydraulic couplings and the vane pumps. The one or more accessories can be in fluid communication with the plurality of hydraulic devices and can be configured to receive a hydraulic fluid pumped from one or more the plurality of hydraulic devices when operating as the vane pumps.
