摘要: A multi-directional compliant shifting mechanism for a multi-speed power tool may couple a movable selector to a power transmission system of the tool, for selecting an operational speed of the multi-speed power tool. The complaint shifting mechanism may provide shifting compliance in a first direction in response to movement of the selector in a first direction, and may provide shifting compliance in a second direction in response to movement of the selector in a second direction. In one example, this multi-directional shifting compliance may be provided by interaction of the selector with a camming surface, in combination with a single compression spring. In another example, this multi-directional shifting compliance may be provided by first and second springs, selectively acting to provide compliance in the first and second directions.

摘要: A battery electric vehicle transmission with a disengaging function includes an input shaft, an output shaft, and an intermediate shaft. An input shaft gear is arranged around the input shaft and the input shaft is engaged with an intermediate gear on the intermediate shaft via the input shaft gear, the intermediate gear is engaged with an output gear on the output shaft, the input shaft is connected with an auxiliary drive motor, and the output shaft is connected with vehicle wheels. The transmission further includes a synchronizer, and an engagement sleeve of the synchronizer is driven by a shift mechanism to switch between an engagement position and a disengagement position of the input shaft gear. The shift mechanism includes a BLDC motor, a shift gear and a shift fork, the shift gear is driven by the BLDC motor to drive the shift fork to move linearly.

摘要: Disclosed are a common control apparatus for parking and a clutch, an operating method thereof, and a vehicle. The common control apparatus for parking and a clutch comprises a parking mechanism, a clutch mechanism, and a motor; the parking mechanism comprises a positioning plate, a rotating drum connected to the positioning plate, a cam groove formed on the rotating drum, an elastic positioner, and positioning grooves; the positioning plate rotates under the driving of the motor; the elastic positioner interacts with the positioning grooves; the rotating drum can rotate to positions corresponding to parking lock, parking disengagement, clutch engagement, and clutch disengagement; the clutch mechanism comprises a clutch shifting fork assembly and a shifting fork driving cam; the cam groove comprises a straight groove and an engagement rotation groove; and when the shifting fork driving cam is located in the engagement rotation groove, the engagement rotation groove is engaged with the shifting fork driving cam to drive the clutch shifting fork assembly to move axially. The present invention simultaneously controls the disengagement and engagement of the parking mechanism and the clutch by means of one motor, and the apparatus has the advantages of simple structure, easy manufacturing, low cost, and high efficiency.

摘要: A method for assembling a vehicle transmission shift shaft assembly with a shift shaft having a first diameter, a shift lever fixedly mounted to an end thereof, and a step defining a second diameter smaller than the first diameter along a length thereof. The method includes positioning a seal on the shift shaft to abut the shift lever, and positioning a spacer on the shift shaft to abut the seal. The method further includes positioning a bushing over the spacer, and positioning a retainer clip on the shift shaft adjacent to the step so as to retain the bushing over the spacer.

摘要: A combined machine with selective actuation includes: support frame and ground support; an engine including a drive shaft; a driven shaft connected to the drive shaft by the engine; first and second operating machines connected to the driven shaft; and a set for selectively transmitting motion from the driven shaft to the operating machines. The transmission set includes: first and second belted transmissions operationally connecting the driven shaft to the first or second operating machine; and a movement unit to selectively move the driven shaft from idle to a first or second operating position. In operation, when the driven shaft is in the first operating position, the first belted transmission is under tension, actuating the first operating machine. When it is in the first operating position, the second belted transmission is under tension, actuating the second operating machine. In idle, both belted transmissions are slack, halting both operating machines.
