    摘要: A thermal management system for led luminaires that, in certain embodiments, includes a heat sink, a heat-dissipating pipe, a base plate, a variable speed air-cooling element, an air-directing structure, a temperature measuring element, and a driver that includes at least one of thermal sensing response logic, light-emitting dimming control logic, fan speed control logic and air-cooling element malfunction detection logic. In some instances, the heat sink includes a plurality of fins coupled to a base plate. In some instances, one or more heat-dissipating pipes extend partially inserted along the length of the base plate and outwardly away from an end of the base plate. In some embodiments, an LED PCB assembly is coupled to the base plate. In some embodiments, fan speed variability, LED dimming, or both are engaged in combination with heat transfer and dissipation associated with the heat sink and the one or more heat-dissipating pipes.

    摘要: The present invention provides a device for generating ultraviolet (UV) radiation whose wavelength is optimally tuned into the range of 240 to 290 nm, with peak wavelength in the range of 260 to 270 nm, which attains a Peak Germicidal Disinfection Effective Index of nearly 100%, superior to conventional UV lights and lamps. This device comprises a light-emitting diode (LED) matrix, a fan, an LED driver, a base and a motion sensor with programmable sensitivity and time delay. It may further comprise components for thermal protection and active air circulation. When operating, the device emits visible UVA radiation and blue light. With special considerations for user safety, the device effectively protects users from exposure to UV hazards and is safe to use. With the built-in thermal protection, this device may be used with either open or enclosed fixtures.

    摘要: A method for controlling the rotational speed of a fan of an LED lamp, comprising: presetting a corresponding relationship between a voltage, a current and a temperature for an LED chip in the LED lamp in the controller, as well as presetting a corresponding relationship between the temperature of LED chip and the speed of the fan in the controller, measuring the voltage and current of the LED chip, obtaining the current calculated temperature of the LED chip through the measured voltage and current, and further determining the current desired fan speed through the obtained current calculated temperature, using the controller to control the fan to rotate at the current desired speed, thereby cooling the LED chip. Additionally a corresponding system for controlling the rotational speed of the fan of an LED lamp and an LED lamp including the system.
