    Abstract: A display device including a display panel, a frame at a rear of the display panel, a light source on a substrate between the display panel and the frame, the light source providing light for the display panel, and a reflecting sheet between the display panel and the frame, the reflecting sheet having a rectangular shape with a first long side, a second long side opposite the first long side, a first short side adjacent to the first long side and the second long side, and a second short side opposite the first short side, wherein the reflecting sheet includes a first sheet part forming a central area of the reflecting sheet, a second sheet part forming a side area of the reflecting sheet around the first sheet part, the second sheet part including dot areas, and a hole next to a border line between the first sheet part and the second sheet part, wherein at least one of the dot areas in the second sheet part is formed along the first short side or the second short side, wherein the at least one of the dot areas including a first dot area next to the hole in a parallel direction of the first long side or the second long side and a second dot area next to the first dot area in a parallel direction of the first short side or the second short side, and wherein a density of dots in the first dot area is different from a density of dots in the second dot area.

    Abstract: A device comprises, for example, a base with a translucent portion having an outer surface, a plurality of refractors configured to refract incident light within a visible spectrum supported by the translucent portion, and a plurality of reflectors configured to reflect incident light within the visible spectrum supported by the translucent portion. The plurality of refractors and reflectors may comprise a first refractor coupled to the outer surface, a first reflector coupled to a refractor but not coupled to the outer surface, and a second reflector coupled to a refractor and another reflector but not coupled to the outer surface. Some of the refractors and reflectors may be coupled to the outer surface, and some of the reflectors may not be coupled to the outer surface. The refractors may comprise glass crystal, and be of different sizes. The reflectors may be spherical, and be of different sizes and/or hues.

Additionally, the luminaire includes a wireless antenna positioned within the interior volume, configured to transmit or receive a wireless signal along a first direction, and configured to be operatively coupled to an access point.     Abstract: A lens for distribution of light predominantly toward a preferential side from a light emitter having an emitter axis. The lens has a faceted output region, a smooth output surface and at least one reflective surface which reflects light through total-internal-reflection (TIR) toward the faceted output region. The faceted output region is formed by pairs of transverse surfaces each surface of which redirects the received light to provide a composite illuminance pattern. The lens may further have faceted input surfaces at least partially defining a light-input cavity about the emitter axis.     Abstract: A lighting device includes a light source capable of emitting light and a collimator lens. The collimator lens has a recess facing the light source. The recess includes an interior surface. The interior surface includes a bottom surface smaller than an opening. The interior surface includes an inner side surface tapering toward the bottom surface. The inner side surface is generated by rotating a straight line around an optical axis of the light. The straight line is inclined at an angle of at least 10 degrees and at most 20 degrees with respect to the optical axis. The light enters the bottom surface at a light distribution angle of only three degrees or less with respect to the optical axis, and enters the inner side surface at a light distribution angle of more than three degrees with respect to the optical axis.
