The first heat exchanger includes a heat absorption section, a heat release section, and a first pipeline. The second heat exchanger includes a second pipeline including an inlet header and an outlet header. The system further includes a third pipeline. The first heat exchanger is disposed at a relatively high temperature side of a flue, the second heat exchanger is disposed at a relatively low temperature side of the flue, and the first heat exchanger and the second heat exchanger are connected by the third pipeline. The heat absorption section and the heat release section are connected by the first pipeline to form a circulation loop; the heat absorption section is disposed in the flue; the heat release section is disposed in the third pipeline.

    摘要: An economizer arrangement particularly suitable for new or retrofit application to existing steam generators provides a water cooled stringer support tube system which can accommodate firing a wide range of fuels with varying characteristics in the steam generator. The economizer arrangement according to the present invention is particularly suited for retrofit applications to large supercritical steam generators. The use of water cooled stringer tube supports allows for higher flue gas temperatures in comparison to conventional non-cooled mechanical economizer supports. These features are provided in a design which fits within the existing economizer envelope of the steam generator.

    摘要: A continuous steam generator with a circulating atmospheric fludized-bed chamber is defined by encircling walls essentially on all sides, comprised of gas-permeable tubular walls provided with essentially vertical tubes, and comprises at least one funnel in its lower region. The turbulence combustion chamber has at one essentially vertically arranged heating surface provided with vertical tubes, said heating surface comprises of a welded tube-web-tube combination, and a water/steam working medium flows through the tubes of the encircling walls and the heating surface. All of the tubes of the encircling walls and the heating surface are embodied as evaporator heating surfaces and are mounted in parallel for the circulation of the entire working medium to be evaporated. In addition, all of the tubes of the encircling walls have an inner smooth surface, and the heating surface extends between the bottom of the combustion chamber or the upper edge of the funnel, and the top of the combustion chamber.

    摘要: The invention as disclosed in the following specification, relates to a heat exchanger, having tubes fitted into plates, that exchange heat from a gas passing thereover to fluids passing through the tubes. The heat exchanger is particularly adaptable to boilers having fire tubes and other types of boilers wherein the heat applied to the tubes is circulated and then exhausted. Prior to exhaust, the heated gas is passed over the plates in a duct. The tubes in the plates are used to pick up the heat from the exhaust gases by means of the feed water passing through the tubes, or the tubes can be used to directly heat other fluids, such as oil and service hot water. A damper is placed over the normal exhaust gas flue in conjunction with a second damper or duct control system whereby an exhaust fan on the downstream side of the heat exchanger duct provides a constant draw to allow the boiler to operate within its normal pressure ranges. An optimum exchange relationship between the tubes and the plates effectuates the proper heat transfer for the respective flow rates and temperature involved by means of employing a specially configured tube pitch within the plates. The exchanger is controlled by a series of electrical controls for providing adequate exhaust damping and flow rates.
