摘要: A cooking apparatus having a cooking chamber, a cooking drawer, a solid fuel support drawer, gas burners, and an ash drawer. One of the cassettes positionable in the cooking drawer can be a belt conveyor which can transport food between end doors of the cooking chamber. A front door of the chamber, when open, allows for the cooking drawer with a partially-cooked food item to be removed and moved to another location for inspection/manipulation of the food item, and then returned to the cooking chamber. Infrared burners on the ceiling of the cooking chamber are directed down to the cooking drawer. Hot exhaust gases in the cooking chamber pass through the housing to a top area for food cooking/warming. A flickering flame assembly creates flickering flames in the back of the chamber which are visible from both the front and the back of the cooking apparatus.

摘要: A multi-floor grill device with a plurality of working surface types arranged adjacent each other and interfacing each other to create stations for processing foodstuff in a grill device in a convenient way. Drip ducts or trays are relocated to a bottom floor beneath a top floor that accommodates the working surfaces. A plurality of gas burners are placed under a cooking grid and may be covered with heat plates with fins that interrupt solid residues falling off of cooked foodstuff on the grid from resting and accumulating on the plates. Working surfaces for processing the foodstuff before cooking are placed at the front of the top floor and made conveniently accessible to a user. These surfaces receive induced heat from the cooking grid that pre-warms the foodstuff before cooking and shortens its cooking time.

摘要: A grill box for an outdoor cooking system provides a heat distribution system and a grease extraction system. The grill box has a lower section, and an inner liner seated inside the lower section. The inner liner has an inner floor that defines a domed structure with a highest vertical point, with at least one heat-directing louver provided in the domed structure. An under plate is positioned in the lower section below the inner liner. In addition, the inner floor of the inner liner defines a grease flow channel that is inclined so that a portion of the grease flow channel adjacent the front is at the highest vertical level, and another portion of the grease flow channel adjacent the rear is at the lowest vertical level, so that the grease flows from the front to the rear, and is disposed of through a grease drainage hole adjacent the rear.

摘要: A hot food holding station is a device that can keep food warm, especially food that has been deep fried or cooked, thereby providing consumers convenience of serving heated ready-to-eat food. The device further ensures that edibles that are being held are evenly heated across the storage unit. In order to accomplish this, the device uses a heated airflow system that includes multiple air flow passages and a multi-functional grease tray ramp. The heated airflow system includes an air blower unit, an airflow unit, a heated air chamber and a food holding compartment that are fluidly communicated with one another. Further, the device utilizes fresh air from the atmosphere for heating the food, thereby preventing recirculation of air within the system.
