摘要: A control method for an air conditioner indoor unit is provided. The air conditioner indoor unit has a housing, a drain pan, an air deflector, a door, and a sweeping strip. In a wind-free mode of the indoor unit, an orthographic projection of the air deflector in the drain pan is located in the drain pan. According to the method, the air conditioner indoor unit enables the non-draught mode; when receiving an instruction of ending the non-draught mode, the air conditioner indoor unit controls the door to move back and forth for n times to close and open the air outlet, so as to drive the sweeping strip to move to sweep the condensate water on the surface of the air deflector, n being greater than 0; and the wind-free mode is ended.

A damper is positioned between the compressor and the base pan and includes a lower pad seated on the base pan, an upper pad extending from the lower pad along the vertical direction and contacting a bottom surface of the compressor, and at least one stopping feature defined on the lower pad or the upper pad, the at least one stopping feature engaging the at least one alignment feature to prevent rotation of the damper.

A main body includes an interior compartment and a set of adjustable bulkheads configured to create a set of temperature-controlled zones within the interior compartment. A set of cooling devices are configured to adjust an internal temperature of the set of temperature-controlled zones within the interior compartment. A control device analyzes dynamic truck delivery data and ambient temperature data to generate a predicted cooling time and a cooling initiation time. The predicted cooling time comprises an estimated quantity of time after the cooling initiation time to reach a target temperature within a selected zone in the set of temperature-controlled zones.

摘要: A method for installing a universal air handler for a building air conditioning system includes installing a compact outdoor cabinet having a blower and separate intake and outlet chambers separated by an evaporator core. Cool and return air ducts from the building couple to each chamber. Return air drawn by the blower into the return air chamber passes across the evaporator, then through the blower and out through the cool air duct. Coolant lines couple the evaporator to a nearby stand-alone condenser/compressor unit. In one embodiment, an adapter enables stacking the condenser/compressor unit atop the cabinet to reduce the footprint of the combination. In another embodiment, a manifold couples permanently to the building air ducts and releasably couples to the cabinet. The universal air handler easily decouples from the manifold for transportation and maintenance. The manifold may be installed in various locations around the building, including on the roof.

摘要: A universal air handler unit includes a blower and evaporator juxtaposed one another within a compact, weather resistant cabinet adapted for outdoor installation. Ports for cool and return air ducts disposed on one side of the cabinet couple directly to the blower and evaporator respectively. Return air drawn by the blower into the cabinet passes across the evaporator core, then through the blower and back out through the adjacent cool air duct. Coolant lines couple to a stand-alone condenser/compressor unit. In a particular embodiment, an adapter enables stacking the condenser/compressor unit atop the cabinet to reduce the overall footprint of the combination. In another embodiment, a manifold adapted to couple to the cool and return air ducts may be installed in various locations, the air handler unit slideably coupling to the manifold during installation, and easily decoupling and reecoupling for transportation and maintenance.
