摘要: The present invention discloses is a method for collecting a temperature of a heating pipeline, the method comprising: collecting a circuit signal of a heating resistor; calculating a current resistance value of the heating resistor according to the circuit signal; and calculating a current temperature of the heating pipeline according to the current resistance value. By using the method for collecting the temperature of the heating pipeline, measurement of the temperature of the heating pipeline can be realized by directly measuring the resistance value of the heating resistor in the heating pipeline, which may avoid the use of an additional temperature sensor, thereby reducing the number of connecting wires or other accessories.

摘要: The disclosed technology includes a gas delivery system for controlling a target gas input rate of a fluid heating device. The system can include a sensor configured to measure a temperature of a gas flowing in a gas flow path, a modulating orifice in fluid communication with the gas flow path, and a motor in mechanical communication with the modulating orifice. The system can further include a controller configured to receive temperature data indicative of the temperature of the gas. The controller can determine a target cross-sectional area of the modulating orifice based at least in part on the target gas input rate and the temperature of the gas and, in response, output a signal to the motor to transition the modulating orifice from a first position to a second position having the target cross-sectional area.

摘要: A dielectric fitting includes a nut having inner threads and an axial compression surface, and a hole having a first diameter. A mating component includes outer threads that engage with the inner threads including a second axial compression surface. A first fitting includes a circumferential flange captured between the first axial compression surface and the second axial compression surface, the first fitting having a first wall that extends axially and passes through the first hole and includes first fitting threads. A second fitting includes second fitting threads that engage with the first fitting threads, the second fitting having a second wall and a bulge portion that radially projects to a second diameter and includes an O-ring. The nut and the mating component are dielectrically isolated from the first fitting and the second fitting, and the second diameter is larger than the first diameter.

摘要: A gas manifold allows each distribution chamber to be fed with fuel gas at an appropriate flow rate irrespective of an increase in the number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold. A gas manifold distributes fuel gas flowing in through an inlet to a plurality of distribution chambers through a main channel. The main channel includes a flow guide that guides the fuel gas toward a maximum distribution chamber and reduces the fuel gas flowing into other distribution chambers. This allows fuel gas at a sufficient flow rate to be fed more easily to the maximum distribution chamber than to the other distribution chambers for a larger number of distribution chambers included in the gas manifold, allowing the plurality of distribution chambers to be fed with fuel gas at appropriate flow rates.

摘要: In a heating and hot water supply apparatus, a heat exchanger for hot water supply includes a primary-side path and a secondary-side path. A bypass path branches from a heating circulation path and is configured such that a heat transfer medium heated by a heating device flows through the primary-side path without passing through a heating terminal when hot water supply operation is performed and then joins the heating circulation path again. A control unit controls a flow rate regulating valve so that a hot water flow rate does not exceed a reference limit flow rate when hot water supply operation is performed. The reference limit flow rate is set on the basis of the smaller one between a maximum heating capacity of the heating device and a heating capacity of the heating device at which an output temperature of the heated heat transfer medium reaches an upper limit temperature.

摘要: A tankless water heater and manifold system is provided. The system includes a self-contained unit for providing hot water distribution throughout the system. The unit includes a tankless water heater having a hot water outlet pipe with outlet ports that function as a built-in manifold for distributing water directly from the unit through hot water lines that connect each plumbing fixture in the system directly to the unit.

摘要: A liquid heating system includes an instantaneous heater (18) having an inlet (20) connected to a reservoir (62). The outlet (22) of the heater is connected to fixtures (72) which use the heated liquid, and is also connected through a return connection (30) to the reservoir. In an idle mode, a pump 40 draws liquid from the reservoir (62), so that the liquid circulates through the heater and back to the reservoir. A controller (52) actuates the heater to heat the liquid to a first setpoint temperature, so that the liquid in the reservoir stabilizes at the first setpoint temperature. In a supply mode, some or all of the heated liquid flows from the outlet to the fixtures (72). Cold liquid is admitted from a supply (60) to the reservoir, and cold liquid desirably also is supplied to the heater inlet along with liquid from the reservoir, so that the heater inlet receives a combination of these. The controller controls the proportion of cold liquid to liquid from the reservoir in the combination, so as to maintain the heater at a setpoint heating rate while also maintaining the temperature of liquid discharged from the heater outlet at or near a setpoint temperature.
