摘要: Provided is an ice-making device that can autonomously perform a series of ice-making operations that include control of a fan motor, without relying on a higher-level device. An ice-making device that is characterized by comprising an ice-making tray, a fan motor that blows air onto the ice-making tray, an ice removal mechanism that removes ice from the ice-making tray, a control part, and a frame that holds the ice-making tray, the fan motor, the ice removal mechanism, and the control part. The ice-making device is also characterized in that the control part controls the operations of the fan motor, the ice removal mechanism, and a water supply mechanism that opens/closes a water supply path that supplies water to the ice-making tray.

摘要: An ice maker for a domestic refrigeration device includes an ice-making tray having a plurality of freezing cavities which are divided between multiple cavity rows arranged one behind the other in a first tray extension direction. Freezing cavities arranged adjacent to one another in pairs in the first tray extension direction are separated on a tray underside of the ice-making tray by an indentation. The ice maker also includes a wall element for delimiting, in a freezing operating position of the wall element relative to the ice-making tray, a cold air channel between the underside of the ice-making tray and the wall element, which cold air channel extends substantially over the entire length of the ice-making tray in the first tray extension direction. The wall element is designed with at least one air-deflecting formation which projects locally into the cold air channel.

摘要: A method and apparatus for making clear ice utilizes an insulated cooler tray, a container, and degassed water arranged in the container. The container includes a chamber in an upper portion and at least and preferably a plurality of receptacles in a lower portion, with the chamber and receptacles being filled with degassed water. The container is arranged in the cooler tray which includes a greater amount of insulating material in the bottom of the tray than in the top. When the container and cooler tray are arranged in a freezer, the tray causes directional freezing of the degassed water which forces any residual gas or air in the water to the bottom of the container into the receptacles. When directional freezing is complete, the bottom portion of the container may be broken away and the clear ice product removed from the container chamber for use.

摘要: The disclosure provides a freezing device for freezing a liquid mixture and a method using the same. The freezing device includes a container and a tray removably disposed in the container. When liquid nitrogen is introduced into a region between the tray plate and a container bottom wall, the liquid mixture received in the receptacles is solidified by the liquid nitrogen and is formed into shaped solid coolant pieces.

摘要: A commercial ice maker purges water from a sump via a passive drain valve instead of an active drain pump. The ice maker uses a large freeze plate, but still can accommodate the passive drain valve within a standard enclosure footprint. A bottom wall of the ice maker has a drain passaging groove formed in an upper surface. The drain valve is supported above the bottom wall and drain tube is at least partially received in the drain passaging groove. The drain valve can include a valve body that has a valve seat and a movable valve member that opens and closes a valve passage through the valve seat. The valve member radially overlaps the valve seat along a longitudinal axis when the valve member is closed.

The double-switching PTC ink has a first resin that provides a first PTC effect at a first temperature range and a second resin that provides a second PTC effect at a second temperature range, where the second temperature range is higher than the first temperature range. The substrate may be a flexible substrate or a rigid substrate, and may bedeformable to generate a three-dimensional structure. 摘要: A method of releasing ice from a mold apparatus is disclosed which includes the steps of: providing a mold apparatus having a first mold portion including a concave depression and a liquid circulating manifold and a second mold portion having a concave depression; pivotally coupling to the first mold portion to the second mold portion such that the mold apparatus is operable between an ice forming position and an ice harvesting position; assembling the mold apparatus to the ice forming position such that the concave depressions abut to from a mold cavity; injecting water into the mold cavity; cooling the mold apparatus; forming at least one ice structure within the mold cavity; circulating a warm liquid medium in the liquid circulating manifold to warm the mold apparatus; disassembling the mold apparatus to the ice harvesting position; and releasing the at least one ice structure from the mold apparatus.
