    摘要: An apparatus includes a high side heat exchanger, a load, a compressor, a belt, a first bin, a second bin, and a controller. The high side heat exchanger removes heat from a refrigerant. The load uses the refrigerant to cool an enclosed space. The compressor compresses the refrigerant. The first and second bins are coupled to the belt and positioned within the enclosed space. The controller receives a first message, determines that the first bin should be selected, and cycles the belt to move the first bin to a retrieval location within the enclosed space. The controller also receives a second message, determines that the second bin should be selected, and cycles the belt to move the second bin to the retrieval location.

    摘要: An apparatus, system, device, and the like, for a liquid nitrogen dispensing head that may be used in a system for cooling aggregate, such as may be found in a batch plant involved in producing concrete. The dispensing head is positioned over a conveyor belt that conveys aggregate to a mixing apparatus to produce concrete. The head dispenses liquid nitrogen onto the aggregate to cool the aggregate and may include interior chambers separated by one or more baffles. The chambers may reduce the pressure of the liquid nitrogen onto the aggregate in relation to the flow pressure of the liquid nitrogen entering the dispensing head. In another example, an assembly may include sidewalls that extend to the aggregate on either side of the head to form a cooling tunnel through which the aggregate is conveyed and is exposed to the liquid nitrogen being dispensed from the head.

    摘要: The invention discloses a nozzle structure for a quick freezer, including a plurality of conical diversion channels, a plurality of jet channel, a plurality of hemispherical nozzles and a steel belt. The nozzle structure is a funnel-shaped structure formed by the conical diversion channel, the jet channel and the hemispherical nozzle. The nozzle structure of the present invention can effectively improve flow area at the cross-flow direction, and a fluid buffer area is formed between two adjacent nozzles, which can reduce the cross-flow effect, and improve the heat exchange rate of the surface of the steel belt, thereby reducing the freezing time of food, improving the freezing efficiency of the quick freezer, and reducing the energy consumption.
