The condition includes the ambient temperature, the dew point temperature, and the wet bulb temperature for the air. The condition also includes the ambient humidity ratio, the dew point humidity ratio, and the wet bulb humidity ratio. The process can be implemented in a device that uses these values to determine the enthalpy evaporation evaluation value, which is used to predict a drying time for the materials.
