    摘要: A heat exchanger plate which has a plate body formed from at least two plate elements and at least one connecting piece for a cooling fluid. Plate body and connecting piece are joined together using soldering. The connecting piece has a joining portion which is joined in a receiving portion of the plate body formed between the plate elements. A solder resist limits the flow of solder when producing the solder connection. The solder resist is able to be formed by a sealing metal, which is arranged on the joining portion of the connecting piece in front of and/behind a solder material applied to the joining portion. The solder resist is able to be formed by an annular bead resting on the end face of the receiving portion.

    摘要: Modular thermal truss plates are structures to hold mechanical loads of devices while also distributing heat in multiple directions “in plane” parallel to the truss plate, and “through-plane” orthogonal to the planar direction. An embedded lattice forms spaces or slots to receive thermally conductive spacer inserts conducting “through-plane” (a comparatively short distance, in a plate thickness direction) as well as comparatively longer (than the comparatively short distance) relief “channels” extending across from edge to edge (in the planar directions) sized for receiving flat heat pipe strips transferring heat therealong. With precision available by pre-fabricating the lattice with pre-threaded holes at vertices, the assembly into it of heat pipes and conductive inserts as well as attachment of outer skins and framing is faster, more precise, and reliable, with no need for risky or imprecise measuring or drilling after assembly.

    摘要: A fluid heat exchanger includes: a heat spreader plate including an intended heat generating component contact region; a plurality of microchannels for directing heat transfer fluid over the heat spreader plate, the plurality of microchannels each having a first end and an opposite end and each of the plurality of microchannels extending substantially parallel with each other microchannel and each of the plurality of microchannels having a continuous channel flow path between their first end and their opposite end; a fluid inlet opening for the plurality of microchannels and positioned between the microchannel first and opposite ends, a first fluid outlet opening from the plurality of microchannels at each of the microchannel first ends; and an opposite fluid outlet opening from the plurality of microchannels at each of the microchannel opposite ends, the fluid inlet opening and the first and opposite fluid outlet openings providing that any flow of heat transfer fluid that passes into the plurality of microchannels, flows along the full length of each of the plurality of microchannels in two directions outwardly from the fluid inlet opening. A method of cooling a heat generating component uses a fluid heat exchanger that splits a mass flow of coolant.

    摘要: A heat transferring device and a heat transferring component thereof are disclosed. The heat transferring device includes a heat transferring component, a lower plate, a positioning component and at least one support rod. The heat transferring component is in a shape of pouch and includes input end and an output end to allow a fluid to be inputted and outputted. The lower plate includes at least one first perforation. The positioning component is disposed on and surrounding an exterior of the heat transferring component to restrict the shape and a position of the heat transferring component, wherein an end of the sleeve is connected to the lower plate. The support rod is connected to the lower plate. The heat transferring component further includes at least one protrusion on the periphery, and the protrusion is fixed on the support rod or the sleeve through at least one fastener.
