摘要: A header for a high-pressure heat exchanger includes a first high-pressure transition section with inlets for multiple first high-pressure flow channels that are spaced from one another in a radial direction and collectively arranged in a substantially circular shape. The inlets for the multiple first high-pressure flow channels on a radially outer edge of the first high-pressure transition section are spaced further apart in a circumferential direction from adjacent inlets of the multiple first high-pressure flow channels than radially inward inlets are spaced from adjacent radially inward inlets of the multiple first high-pressure flow channels. The header also includes multiple first high-pressure flow channels extending from the first high-pressure transition section to a second-high pressure transition section that is configured to divide each of the multiple first high-pressure flow channels into at least two first high-pressure sub-flow channels.

摘要: A heat exchanger including a plurality of fluid channel plates laminated on each other to form a cooling water fluid channel through which cooling water flows and an air fluid channel through which air flows. The fluid channel plates have a cooling water inlet hole through which the cooling water is introduced and a cooling water outlet hole through which the cooling water is discharged. Beads block the flow of the cooling water, protrude between the cooling water inlet hole and the cooling water outlet hole, are arranged to surround the periphery of the cooling water inlet hole and the cooling water outlet hole, and are spaced apart such that flow resistance of the cooling water decreases as a flow length of the cooling water increases, so that flow distribution of the cooling water can be uniform.

摘要: A heat exchanger for a motor vehicle is disclosed. The heat exchanger includes a first circuit configured to be traversed by a heat-transfer fluid. The first circuit includes a fires inlet header through which the heat-transfer fluid is admitted into the first circuit, and a first outlet header through which the heat-transfer fluid leaves the first circuit. The heat exchanger also includes a second circuit configured to be traversed by a heat-transfer fluid. The second circuit is fluidically separate from the first circuit and includes a second inlet header and a second outlet header. The heat-transfer fluid is admitted into the heat exchanger through the second inlet header and leaves through the second outlet header. The first circuit or second circuit includes an additional header that extends in the same direction as the inlet headers and outlet headers of the first circuit and the second circuit.
