摘要: An ultrasonic flowmeter and a fluid pipeline. The ultrasonic flowmeter includes: a housing, which defines a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet with a fluid passage therebetween; and at least two pairs of ultrasonic sensors, wherein each pair of the at least two pairs of ultrasonic sensors have a first ultrasonic sensor and a second ultrasonic sensor arranged opposite to each other; wherein at least some of the at least two pairs of ultrasonic sensors are arranged in grooves on an inner wall of the fluid passage, and center points of front end faces of at least some of the at least two pairs of ultrasonic sensors are located on a cylindrical curved surface defined by the inner wall of the fluid passage.

摘要: A self-cleaning temperature sensor comprises: a bellows coupled to a support structure; a pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder; a sensor configured to measure a temperature of a fluid and extending from the pneumatic or hydraulic cylinder, wherein the sensor comprises an exposure end configured to contact the fluid during sensing by the sensor; sensor wires connected with the sensor and extending to a control system; and a self-cleaning system comprising: a hood having walls extending radially outward a distance along a central axis wherein the hood defines a first volume; and a cleaning brush integrated with or adjacent the bottom of the support structure. In a retracted configuration, the exposure end of the sensor is positioned at a retracted position a distance from cleaning brush, and, in an extended configuration, the exposure end of the sensor extends a distance along the central axis away from the retracted position.

摘要: The present disclosure discloses a water heater, and a scale detection system and method. The scale detection system comprises: a first temperature detector configured to acquire a first temperature of a heat exchange zone of a water heating device; a second temperature detector configured to acquire a second temperature indicating a water temperature in the water heating device; and a controller in communication with the first temperature detector and the second temperature detector, and configured to acquire a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature based on the first temperature acquired by the first temperature detector and the second temperature acquired by the second temperature detector, and determine that a scale generation amount in the water heating device reaches a preset threshold when at least one of the following judgment conditions is met: the first temperature is not less than a preset temperature threshold; and the temperature difference is not less than a preset temperature difference threshold. The present disclosure can ensure that a user can be reliably and timely reminded to clean the scale under different working conditions.
