    摘要: A temperature and electrolyte sensor for a battery includes a probe that is electrically conductive and thermally conductive and configured to be disposed in a liquid electrolyte of the battery. The sensor further includes a thermal coupler coupled to the probe, a temperature determination circuit electrically thermally coupled to the probe and configured to output a signal indicative of a temperature of the probe, and a fluid detection circuit electrically coupled to the thermal coupler and configured to output a signal indicative of a presence of the liquid on the probe. The temperature determination circuit and fluid detection circuit may be disposed in a housing of the sensor, and the probe may extend from the housing.

    摘要: A temperature monitoring system for monitoring bearing temperatures on a machine is provided. The temperature monitoring system includes a temperature sensing device, a cable assembly, and a sensor assembly including a sensor connector and a microcontroller unit (MCU). The sensor connector is electrically coupled to the MCU and is configured to engage the cable assembly. The MCU is configured to determine a temperature based on an electrical parameter of the temperature sensing device and generate temperature data representing the determined temperature. The MCU is further configured to transmit the temperature data to a sensor hub configured to transfer the temperature data to a display of a user interface. Engaging the cable assembly with the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically coupled to a battery, and disengaging the cable assembly from the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically decoupled from the battery.

    摘要: In one instance, a heating pad is disclosed that is flexible, battery-power, and weighted. The heating pad includes a sleeve formed with a top layer and a bottom layer and having an interior. A weighted segment layer is disposed within the interior of the sleeve. The weighted segment layer may include a plurality of pockets each having a plurality of weights. A conductive layer or sheet is disposed within the interior of the sleeve closer to the user than the weighted segment layer when in the deployed position. A battery and control unit is electrically coupled to the conductive layer for selectively providing power to the conductive layer. At least one temperature sensor is coupled to the conductive layer and electrically coupled to the control unit and provides safety features. Other heating pads are presented.
