摘要: A temperature and electrolyte sensor for a battery includes a probe that is electrically conductive and thermally conductive and configured to be disposed in a liquid electrolyte of the battery. The sensor further includes a thermal coupler coupled to the probe, a temperature determination circuit electrically thermally coupled to the probe and configured to output a signal indicative of a temperature of the probe, and a fluid detection circuit electrically coupled to the thermal coupler and configured to output a signal indicative of a presence of the liquid on the probe. The temperature determination circuit and fluid detection circuit may be disposed in a housing of the sensor, and the probe may extend from the housing.

摘要: According to an embodiment, a fishing tool loss monitoring system comprises at least one buoy providing sensing information and buoy identification information and buoy position information, a fishing vessel terminal device providing fishing vessel information including fishing vessel identification information, fishing vessel position information, the fishing tool identification information, and the buoy position information, and a land control center performing transmitting/receiving information to/from the fishing vessel terminal device or the buoy through a communication network to gather the sensing information including underwater temperature information and overwater temperature information from the buoy during a preset time, measuring a speed of the buoy using the buoy position information when a difference between respective averages of the underwater temperature information and the overwater temperature information falls outside a preset error range.

摘要: A power supply unit for an aerosol generating device including: a power supply; a heater configured to heat a flavor source for flavoring an aerosol; a first thermistor whose resistance value changes according to a temperature of the heater; a second thermistor whose resistance value changes according to the temperature of the heater and which is different from the first thermistor; a controller configured to control, based on the temperature of the heater obtained based on the resistance value of the second thermistor, supply of power from the power supply to the heater such that the temperature of the heater converges to a target temperature; and a protection circuit configured to stop the supply of power from the power supply to the heater when the temperature of the heater obtained based on the resistance value of the first thermistor is equal to or higher than a first threshold.

摘要: A temperature monitoring system for monitoring bearing temperatures on a machine is provided. The temperature monitoring system includes a temperature sensing device, a cable assembly, and a sensor assembly including a sensor connector and a microcontroller unit (MCU). The sensor connector is electrically coupled to the MCU and is configured to engage the cable assembly. The MCU is configured to determine a temperature based on an electrical parameter of the temperature sensing device and generate temperature data representing the determined temperature. The MCU is further configured to transmit the temperature data to a sensor hub configured to transfer the temperature data to a display of a user interface. Engaging the cable assembly with the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically coupled to a battery, and disengaging the cable assembly from the sensor connector causes the MCU to be electrically decoupled from the battery.

摘要: Embodiments herein provide methods of monitoring temperatures of fluid delivery conduits for delivering fluids to, and other components external to, a processing volume of a processing chamber used in electronic device fabrication manufacturing, and monitoring systems related thereto. In one embodiment, a method of monitoring a processing system includes receiving, through a data acquisition device, temperature information from one or more temperature sensors and receiving context information from a system controller coupled to a processing system comprising the processing chamber. Here, the one or more temperature sensors are disposed in one or more locations external to a processing volume of a processing chamber. The context information relates to instructions executed by the system controller to control one or more operations of the processing system.

摘要: A heating system includes a power supply that applies a first voltage to a sense resistor in series with a resistive heating material during a first time period; and a controller that determines a temperature of the resistive heating material based on a current through the sense resistor and a second voltage across the resistive heating material during the first time period. Additionally, the controller commands the power supply to provide a third voltage to the resistive heating material during a second time period, and the third voltage is based on the temperature of the resistive heating material.

摘要: In one instance, a heating pad is disclosed that is flexible, battery-power, and weighted. The heating pad includes a sleeve formed with a top layer and a bottom layer and having an interior. A weighted segment layer is disposed within the interior of the sleeve. The weighted segment layer may include a plurality of pockets each having a plurality of weights. A conductive layer or sheet is disposed within the interior of the sleeve closer to the user than the weighted segment layer when in the deployed position. A battery and control unit is electrically coupled to the conductive layer for selectively providing power to the conductive layer. At least one temperature sensor is coupled to the conductive layer and electrically coupled to the control unit and provides safety features. Other heating pads are presented.

摘要: A magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) guided surgical system is provided that includes one or more surgical tools having components configured to develop reactive effects when exposed to MR signals generated by the MRI system. The system includes a control system that can determine whether the MR system is generating MR signals, and if the control system determines that the MR system is generating MR signals, mitigates the reactive effects of MR signals on components of the surgical tools. The system can include a cryoablation system with a cryoprobe having a probe shaft being made of a metallic material. If the control system determines that the MR system is generating MR signals, the control system can electrically disconnect the cryoprobe and/or ignore electrical signals generated by the electric heater in response to exposure to MR signals, and/or initiate a cooling operation of the probe shaft, whereby the cooling operation.

摘要: In one embodiment, a method includes receiving at a thermal modeling module, data from a Power Sourcing Equipment device (PSE) for cables extending from the PSE to Powered Devices (PDs), the cables configured to transmit power and data from the PSE to the PDs, calculating at the thermal modeling module, thermal characteristics for the cables based on the data, and identifying a thermal rise above a specified threshold at one of the cables. The data comprises real-time electrical data for the cables. An apparatus and logic are also disclosed herein.
