摘要: A baffle of an exhaust gas pressure sensor assembly is disposed at an exhaust manifold of an internal combustion engine and includes an exhaust gas pressure sensor configured to sense a pressure of exhaust gas at the exhaust manifold. The baffle includes a conduit, a plate disposed within the conduit separating the exhaust gas volume into a first portion and a second portion, and a plurality of apertures disposed through the plate and configured to provide fluid communication of the exhaust gas between the first portion of the exhaust gas volume and the second portion of the exhaust gas volume such that each of the plurality of apertures is centered radially outside of an inner passageway to a diaphragm of the exhaust gas pressure sensor.

摘要: There is provided a method of calibrating multiple chamber pressure sensors of a substrate processing system. The substrate processing system includes: multiple chambers; multiple chamber pressure sensors; multiple gas suppliers configured to supply a gas to an internal space of the multiple chambers; multiple exhausters connected to the internal spaces of the multiple chambers via multiple exhaust flow paths; and multiple first gas flow paths. The method includes: acquiring a third volume, which is a sum of a first volume and a second volume; acquiring a first pressure change rate of the internal space of a selected chamber; calculating a second pressure change rate of the internal space of the selected chamber; and calibrating the selected chamber pressure sensor such that a difference between the first pressure change rate and the second pressure change rate is within a preset range.

摘要: A physical quantity measuring device includes a cylindrical case, a cap member, and a sealing member. The cap member covers a circumferential portion of a through-hole of the cylindrical case, while the sealing member provides a seal between the through-hole and the cap member. The cap member is pivotally supported by an attachment target portion of a lid member so that the cap member is rotatable between a first orientation and a second orientation. A cap member engagement portion is insertable into an engagement-portion insertion hole in the first orientation and is engageable with the attachment target portion in the second orientation. A linear member of the sealing member is located, in the first orientation, in a region in a rotation direction from the first orientation to the second orientation. The linear member prevents loss of the cap member and is replaceable, together with the seal member, if damaged.

摘要: A method for determining a fluid pressure in a pneumatic bladder of a pneumatic adjusting device of a vehicle seat is disclosed, wherein the pneumatic bladder is connected to a valve for the filling or emptying of the bladder with or of fluid. Fluid start pressure at the valve is provided as initial pressure for determining of the fluid pressure in the bladder. Fluid throughflow through the valve device is determined using a first assignment rule which assigns the fluid throughflow to the fluid start pressure at the valve. The fluid throughflow obtained using the first assignment rule over a predetermined period of time is summed to determine a fluid quantity that has flowed through the valve. Fluid pressure present in the bladder is determined using a second assignment rule which assigns the fluid pressure present in the bladder to the determined fluid quantity.

摘要: A dialysis system is disclosed. The example dialysis system includes a housing, a pump actuator housed by the housing, a fluid pumping cassette coupled operably to the housing and including a flexible membrane covering a pump chamber, and a mechanically actuated piston head provided by the pump actuator and positioned to extend towards and away from the fluid pumping cassette. The fluid pumping cassette is positioned such that the flexible membrane of the fluid pumping cassette faces the piston head so that the piston head can push the flexible membrane into the pump chamber of the fluid pumping cassette to expel a fluid from the pump chamber. The example dialysis system also includes a controller programmed to perform a leak test by monitoring a sensed position of the mechanically actuated piston head while the mechanically actuated piston head applies a force to the flexible membrane of the fluid pumping cassette.
