摘要: A tester for evaluating pullout load capacity and bond quality of anchor bolts embedded in concrete includes a Schmidt hammer for measuring a rebound number and an ultrasonic pulse velocity tester for measuring the transit time of a pulse transmitted through concrete surrounding an anchor bolt. The rebound number and the transit time are combined and matched against a database record which identifies the pullout load capacity and the bond quality. The transit time is matched to thresholds of transit times associated with porosity, internal cracking, air voids, and water pockets located around the embedded anchor bolt. The Schmidt hammer is further modified by the incorporation of a digital level for measuring the vertical and horizontal angles of inclination of the plunger with the concrete surface, a guide tube for supporting the plunger, and by using a convex plunger tip for improved registration with anchor bolt head.

摘要: Modifying a motion plan for an autonomously-operated inspection platform (AIP) includes obtaining sensor data for an industrial asset area of interest, analyzing the obtained sensor data during execution of an initial motion plan to determine if modification of the initial motion plan is required. If modification is required then performing a pose estimation on a first group of potential targets and a second group of potential targets, optimizing the results of the pose estimation to determine a modification to the initial motion plan, performing reactive planning to the initial motion plan to include the modification, the reactive planning providing a modified motion plan that includes a series of waypoints defining a modified path, and autonomously controlling motion of the AIP along the modified path. The analysis, pose estimation, optimization, and reactive planning occurring during movement of the AIP along a motion plan. A system and computer-readable medium are disclosed.

摘要: An experiment device for aiding in measuring abrasion of a conveyer, and a method for detecting abrasion of a conveyer, are provided. The device includes a rack, a reciprocation sliding mechanism, a speed adjusting mechanism and a crankshaft. The reciprocation sliding mechanism can include scrapers and scraper chains, and the scraper chains can be arranged between an upper-layer scraper and a lower-layer scraper. The speed adjusting mechanism can include a motor, a friction driving wheel and a friction driven wheel, and the motor is connected with the friction driving wheel through a motor shaft. The friction driving wheel slides on a shaft in an axial direction, and speed adjustment can be achieved by changing the distance between the centers of the friction driving wheel and the friction driven wheel.

摘要: A system and method provide for monitoring and controlling fluid flow in semiconductor manufacturing apparatuses. The method and system include a vortex flow meter coupled to a digital readout that displays the measured flow rate and trip point. The flow meter display includes input devices used to adjust the trip point. The system and method provide for sending signals via a custom relay to the semiconductor manufacturing apparatus which is adapted to terminate a processing operation or change the fluid flow if the trip point is tripped. The system and method also provide for sending an electrical signal to a computer by way of a data acquisition unit and a converter. The converter converts the signal to a communication protocol consistent with the computer network and provides fluid flow information and trip point data as a function of time to the computer which then displays such data graphically.
