Abstract: A method for operating and maintaining a wind farm comprising a plurality of wind turbines includes determining an odometer for one or more components of at least one of the pluralities of wind turbines in the wind farm, the odometer representing operational usage of the component(s). The method also includes tracking the operational usage for the component(s) using the odometer and a usage threshold. Further, the method includes predicting an expected time frame for one or more preventative maintenance actions based on a comparison of the tracked operational usage and the usage threshold. Moreover, the method includes triggering scheduling of the one or more preventative maintenance actions when the prediction indicates that the tracked operational usage will exceed the usage threshold. In addition, the method includes shutting down the wind turbine or idling the wind turbine once the one or more preventative maintenance actions are scheduled.

Abstract: A test and calibration system of electronic torque wrench includes a base, a sensing device, a force imposing device, and a calibrating device. The sensing device is disposed on the first end of the base and includes a receiving socket to receive the driving portion of the wrench. The force imposing device is disposed on the second end of the base for holding the handle portion of the wrench, such that the wrench imposes the torque on the sensing device which measures the actual torque value. The calibrating device is signally connected with the sensing device and the wrench. When a predetermined torque value is different from the actual torque value, the calibrating device generates a calibrating signal to the electronic torque wrench for the calibration operation. Also, the calibrating device includes a displaying unit for displaying the actual torque value.

Abstract: A loosening detection device according to the present embodiment includes multiple washers having holes that allow bolts to pass therethrough, and including metals insulated from each other, a transmission line that electrically connects between the metals and between the metals of the washers, and a transmission line that includes a terminal pair at one end thereof, and that has the other end electrically connected to the metals of the washer. A resonance frequency is measured from the terminal pair to detect loosening of the bolts on the basis of a change in the resonance frequency.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for monitoring a health condition of a tool. Operational data is collected from a machine while the machine is operating in a predetermined manner with the tool in each of at least two known health conditions. A plurality of features is extracted from the operational data, a training dataset is generated from the extracted features, and an analytic model is trained using the training dataset. The analytic model can then be used to determine the health condition of the tool by providing features extracted from operational data received from one or more field machines to the analytic model. The analytic model may then determine a health condition of the tool in the field machine based on like features extracted from the operational data from the one or more field machines.

Abstract: The present application discloses a self-locking linear guide rail channel detection device, comprising: a detection platform for placing the guide rail to be detected; a detection device arranged on the detection platform; a conveying device connected with the detection device and is configured to push the detection device to slide horizontally along the detection platform; a locking device configured to fix the guide rail to be detected. In the present application, the guide rail to be detected is fixed on the placing platform by the vertical clamping mechanism and the side positioning and clamping mechanism, and a U-shaped groove linear motor drives the detection device to detect the channel of the linear guide rail, which greatly improves the detection accuracy and saves money. It reduces the labor cost; it is of great significance to promote the development of the bearing guide industry.

Abstract: A rapid detection tool for a coaxial relationship based on a photosensitive material and a detection method using the same are used to detect coaxiality of two through-holes in the same workpiece to be detected. An image processing unit and a control unit are mounted outside a light-shielding box. Light sources, cameras, sensors, and an air cylinder are mounted in the light-shielding box. A photosensitive plate coated with a photosensitive resin is placed between the two holes, and two sides are irradiated by the light sources. Coordinates of centers of circular patterns formed on the photosensitive plate are calculated so that a coaxial relationship between the two holes can be accurately obtained. An output rod of the air cylinder is controlled to extend outward to reject a workpiece to be detected not meeting requirements.
