摘要: Coagulation and fibrinolysis assays and related compositions, systems, methods, and kits are provided. In some embodiments, a coagulation and fibrinolysis assay may utilize one or more biological molecules. For instance, the assay may comprise combining a blood or blood-derived patient sample with the biological molecule(s) and measuring one or more properties of the sample associated with coagulation and/or fibrinolysis. The biological molecules may serve to shorten the assay duration and/or enhance the sensitivity of the assay relative to certain conventional assays. In certain embodiments, the biological molecules may allow pathological coagulation and/or fibrinolysis phenotypes to be elucidated. The coagulation and fibrinolysis assays described herein may be used for a wide variety of clinical and/or laboratory applications, including the diagnosis of certain coagulation and/or fibrinolysis disorders, such as trauma-induced coagulopathy and hyperfibrinolysis.

摘要: A fluid ejection controller interface includes input logic to receive control data packets and a first clock signal, each control data packet including a set of primitive data bits and a set of random bits, wherein the input logic identifies the random bits in the received control data packets to facilitate the creation of modified control data packets. The fluid ejection controller interface includes a clock signal generator to generate a second clock signal that is different than the first clock signal, and output logic to receive the modified control data packets, and output the modified control data packets to a fluid ejection controller of a fluid ejection device based on the second clock signal.

摘要: A method of optimizing operation of a glucose sensor includes performing an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) procedure to obtain imaginary impedance values for an electrode of a glucose sensor, calculating a change value as a difference between a threshold reference for the imaginary impedance values and a most-recent imaginary impedance value, and obtaining measurements of the calibration factor for the glucose sensor. The method also includes comparing the change value to a first threshold and the calibration factor to a second threshold and determining, based on the comparison, whether sensor data from the glucose sensor is valid.

摘要: A measurement system for measuring blood characteristics includes a controller, an emitter, a sensor, and a reference sensor. The emitter emits light at a plurality of wavelengths from a first side of a blood flow channel to a second side of the blood flow channel. The sensor is provided on the second side of the blood flow channel. The reference sensor is provided on the first side of the blood flow channel. The controller compensates measurements from the sensor based upon measurements from the reference sensor. The reference sensor may be disposed in a position to increase noise immunity of the measurement system. The measurement system may be connected to or part of a dialysis system.

After collecting a blood sample of an animal, the sample analyzer can determine, according to the animal type of the animal, a reticulocyte incubation time corresponding to the animal, and control an incubation time of the blood sample on the basis of the reticulocyte incubation time to prepare a sample fluid to be tested. The fragmentation of reticulocytes in said sample liquid obtained by using the reticulocyte incubation time is within a preset reasonable range, such that the accuracy of a testing result of the reticulocytes is ensured, and the application range of the animal testing is improved.

摘要: Provided are a method and device for recognizing hook effect in immune turbidimetry, and a computer readable medium. This method generates a reaction curve using light signals measured in a predetermined time period by immune reaction of analyte in a sample, and uses distribution information of the reaction curve in the predetermined time period to determine whether the sample has hook effect. The circuitry may be part of a mobile device configured to operate without communication with a central server and/or data storage.
