摘要: A control device for regulating a volume flow of a fluid in a drive train of a motor vehicle includes a torque monitoring unit, set up to determine, on the basis of a characteristic diagram of the pump which describes a functional dependency of the torque to be applied by the drive motor on the rotational speed of the drive motor for a predetermined fluid state of the fluid, a current torque deviation occurring between the current torque and the torque given by the characteristic diagram for the current rotational speed, and a correction unit, set up to correct a power setting signal for the drive motor in accordance with the current torque deviation and to provide a corrected power setting signal, and a power regulation unit, set up to generate a second power setting signal for actuating the drive motor on the basis of the corrected power setting signal.

The second speed is lower than the first speed.

The method for operating the electric tool comprises: operating the at least one control button; the control system judging whether to supply electric power to the circuit module or cut off electric power to the circuit module, or adjust an output power of the motive power system, based on the number of times that the at least one control button is operated; and the control system supplying electric power to the circuit module or cutting off electric power to the circuit module, and adjusting the output power of the motive power system, based on the judgement result.

摘要: A torque control system is configured to automatically determine the fully open position and fully closed position of the valve without the need of manual operation of the valve. In addition, a control unit of the torque control system can obtain a control parameter based on a driving device operation signal detected by a detection unit, and output a control command to a driving unit to change an operation parameter of the driving device, so that the torque applying by the driving device on the valve can be adjusted, therefore the torque control system of the present application can accurately output the operating torque required by the valve, so that there is no circumstances that the operating torque is too large to damage the valve or the operating torque is too small to be unable to drive the valve.

摘要: Monitoring and control of power or drive couplings in mechanical drive systems is performed using sensors at an interface of the coupling and an overload disengagement component at the coupling. A local sensor and actuation module having a wireless communication port receives signals from the sensors and uses the signals to monitoring a load on the drive coupling. An overload disengagement circuit responsive to the monitored load and provides a disconnect signal responsive to a sensed overload condition, and communicates with the local sensor and actuation module using an Internet of Things (IoT) link, using a blockchain enablement protocol. The local sensor and actuation module provide an override capability in the event of a communication failure of the IoT link.

The method further includes, in response to the gimbal being powered off or entering the sleep state, controlling a torque of the electric motor to decrease gradually from a starting moment at which the gimbal is powered off or enters the sleep state according to the turning-off motor control parameters.
