摘要: Systems and methods define a stimulation pattern for a juvenile product utilizing a mobile device that executes a mobile application that is linked to the juvenile product. The method comprises the step of recognizing, by the mobile device when executing the mobile app, the user-defined stimulation pattern for the juvenile product. The stimulation pattern can be a vibration pattern or a motion pattern, and can be detected in a number of different ways by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of determining control signals for the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the user-defined stimulation pattern that is recognized by the mobile device. The method further comprises the step of, in response to receiving a command to execute the user-defined stimulation pattern, controlling the actuator(s) of the juvenile product based on the stored control signals for the user-defined stimulation pattern.

摘要: A method for detecting defects in a rotational element of a machine based on changes in measured vibration energy includes: (a) collecting vibration data over an extended period of time using vibration sensors attached to the machine; (b) processing the vibration data to generate a time waveform comprising processed vibration values sampled during sequential sampling time intervals within the extended period of time; (c) detecting multiple time blocks within the extended period of time during which the processed vibration values exhibit sustained increases at progressively increasing rates; and (d) generating alerts based on detection of the multiple time blocks during which the processed vibration values exhibit sustained increases at progressively increasing rates. The multiple time blocks may include a first time block during which the processed vibration values increase at a first rate, and a second time block occurring after the first time block during which the processed vibration values increase at a second rate that is greater than the first rate.

摘要: A method for parameterizing a digital filter for attenuation of a torsional mode of a power transmission line of an aircraft turbine engine is disclosed. The mode is associated with a frequency in a confidence interval, the digital filter is low-pass and described by a transfer function equal to the quotient N(z)/D(z), integrated into a pre-existing monitoring loop of the turbine engine, to filter signals sampled at a frequency. The method includes: calculating zeros of N(z), so that the filter attenuates the frequency; updating the zeros of N(z), so that the gain of the filter satisfies, in the interval, a first gain template; and determining the poles of D(z), so that, in the bandwidth of the loop: the phase of the filter satisfies a phase template, and the gain of the filter satisfies a second gain template.

摘要: There are disclosed a vibration control device and a vibration control method that control shaft torsional vibration and machine stand vibration without installing a special sensor or measurement instrument. A vibration control device includes an amplification factor change unit that changes an amplification factor of an amplification unit used for amplifying a deviation between a command value and a detection value in a servo amplifier, a vibration detection unit that measures the frequency and the amplitude of vibration superimposed on a moving part, and a filter change unit that changes a filter based on the frequency and the amplitude detected by the vibration detection unit.

摘要: Embodiments herein provide a system (100) to estimate the amplitude of oscillations in a turbulent flow system (102) that exhibits oscillatory instabilities. The system (100) comprises of a sensor (102A) mounted on the turbulent flow system (102) to detect an oscillatory variable in the system obtaining a signal, a signal conditioner (104) that conditions the signal from the sensor, an amplitude estimator (110) that estimates the amplitude of the limit cycle oscillations, and also predict the proximity of the system to the oscillatory instability, a processor (108) connected to the amplitude estimator (110) to compare the predicted oscillation amplitude with a threshold value. The amplitude is estimated by estimating the spectral measure of the time series signal obtained from the system.
