摘要: In some embodiments, a method can include sending a set of information requests for a set of information associated with a service request. The service request can be received via a widget integrated into a document object model (DOM) of a website associated with a first Uniform Resource Locator (URL). The service request can include an indication of request type, and at least one of an indication of time or an indication of location. The method can further include processing the set of information to produce service results responsive to the service request. The method can further include accessing a content developer network (CDN) to obtain a template for the widget. The method can further include causing an end-user compute device to display the service results based on the template and without constructing a second URL.

In one embodiment, a method displays, for each of a number of participants within a video communication session, a user interface including participant windows corresponding to the plurality of participants, and a video for each of at least a subset of the participants, where the video is displayed within the corresponding participant window for the participant. The method analyzes, in real time, the video to detect a non-verbal cue from a participant. The method determines that the non-verbal cue has been sustained for a duration that exceeds a designated threshold of time. The method then displays, within the UI of at least one of the participants, a prompt associated with the non-verbal cue.

摘要: A mode selector permits deactivating a run-time operational mode and activating a privileged operational mode on a remote terminal unit (RTU). One or more functionalities associated with the privileged operational mode are performed via a local and/or a remote computing device communicatively coupled to the RTU. The functionalities include at least one of developing and deploying content for the RTU, loading security certificates for the RTU, enabling Linux root account access to the RTU, and performing system maintenance on the RTU. The mode selector switch returns the RTU to the run-time operational mode after the functionalities are performed.
