摘要: A power amplification module includes: a first bipolar transistor in which a radio frequency signal is input to a base and an amplified signal is output from a collector; a second bipolar transistor that is thermally coupled with the first bipolar transistor and that imitates operation of the first bipolar transistor; a third bipolar transistor in which a first control voltage is supplied to a base and a first bias current is output from an emitter; a first resistor that generates a third control voltage corresponding to a collector current of the second bipolar transistor at a second terminal; and a fourth bipolar transistor in which a power supply voltage is supplied to a collector, the third control voltage is supplied to a base, and a second bias current is output from an emitter.

摘要: A power amplification module includes first and second amplifiers for first and second communication modes, a bypass line that bypasses the first or second amplifier, an input switch circuit that supplies a radio frequency signal to the first or second amplifier in accordance with a communication mode when a desired output level is equal to or greater than a reference level, and that supplies a radio frequency signal to the bypass line when the desired output level is less than the reference level, and an output switch circuit that outputs a first amplified signal from the first amplifier or a second amplified signal from the second amplifier in accordance with the communication mode when the desired output level is equal to or greater than the reference level, and that outputs a radio frequency signal output from the bypass line when the desired output level is less than the reference level.

摘要: In a power transmission device including a power transmission coil that is disposed to oppose an installation surface of the power transmission device on which a power receiving device is installed and that is capable of being electromagnetically coupled with the power receiving coil. A magnetic substance is disposed at least outside the power transmission coil to oppose the installation surface via the power transmission coil and to be electromagnetically coupled with the power transmission coil. A object detecting circuit detects a metal object existing at least outside the power transmission coil by supplying first AC power to the power transmission coil and detecting a change in at least one of a voltage, a current, and a frequency of the first AC power or a voltage or current of a DC component of the first AC power.

摘要: A frequency mixer is disclosed. In an implementation, the multi-LO band switched-core includes a single field-effect transistor (FET) ring having a first mixer core and a second mixer core. The first mixer core and the second mixer core configured to connect to a radio frequency (RF) port and an intermediate frequency (IF) port. The frequency mixer also includes a first local oscillator (LO) transformer and a second LO transformer. The first LO transformer is configured to furnish a first LO signal occurring in a first limited range of frequencies to the first mixer core, and the second LO transformer is configured to furnish a second LO signal occurring in a second limited range of frequencies to the second mixer core.

摘要: Signals generated by an array of photodiodes are applied to the inputs of corresponding edge detection circuits. Each edge detection circuit generates an output that changes state in response to a detected edge of the photodiode generated signal. The edge detection circuits may be formed by toggle flip-flop circuits. The outputs of the edge detection circuits are logically combined using exclusive OR logic to generate an output. The exclusive OR logic may be formed by a cascaded tree of exclusive OR circuits.

The balun receives a first input signal and a second signal at the single-ended input terminal and the center tap, respectively. Such a balun mixer may be used as an up-converter mixer by supplying a baseband or intermediate signal at the center tap and a local oscillator (LO) signal at the single-ended input terminal.
