Abstract: A system includes server apparatus and business operator terminal. The server apparatus stores biometric information of users who plan to use a hotel. The authentication terminal transmits user behavior notification that includes biometric information and behavior information of person to be determined to the server apparatus. The server apparatus identifies the person to be determined among the users by matching processing. The server apparatus determines whether the identified person to be determined is hotel user who will use the hotel or who used the hotel based on time of processing of the user behavior notification. The server apparatus determines whether the identified person to be determined is target person to be rewarded based on the behavior information. When the person to be determined is the hotel user and the target person to be rewarded, the server apparatus provides the person to be determined with a reward related to the hotel.

Abstract: Provided is a system and method for creating a luggage manifest using a b-type message and a passenger name record number, the method including: a) identifying, by at least one of at least one processor, a baggage source message (BSM) associated with an arrival of a luggage item of a passenger, wherein the BSM includes an airport code associated with an airport and travel data of a first mode of travel carrier of the luggage item; b) matching, by at least one of the at least one processor, a passenger name record (PNR) number of the passenger included in the BSM with a PNR number in a manifest for a second mode of travel different from the first mode of travel, wherein the second mode of travel is local to the airport code; c) based on a match being found in b), extracting, by at least one of the at least one processor, an International Air Transport Association (IATA) license plate number from the BSM; and d) creating, by at least one of the at least one processor, a luggage item manifest record for the luggage item, wherein the luggage item manifest record includes the IATA license plate number and the PNR number of the passenger, and wherein the luggage item manifest record is accessible by predetermined electronic acquiring devices configured to scan an originating hardcopy bag tag identifier (OH-BTI) associated with or printed on an originating hardcopy bag tag from the first mode of travel carrier that is attached to the luggage item.

The TCU device includes cellular data connectivity enabling communication with the management system through existing cellular telephone networks. The programmable TCU may be toggled between multiple operating modes, wherein the TCU provides different functionality, such that a single vehicle may participate in multiple vehicle programs at different points in time, including separate vehicle rental and vehicle sharing programs.
