摘要: A system for providing a virtual data room for conducting due diligence on a plurality of documents that are remotely located and accessible over a computer network by a plurality of users using client computer systems. Documents are retrieved from the remote system and presented to a user on their local computing system for review and conducting due diligence tasks thereon. Based on the interaction the user has with the displayed document, due diligence status values that are associated with the display document are updated and stored with the virtual data room system. A display request is received and based on the request a display characteristic is calculated for a folder that includes a set of documents. The display characteristic is determined based on the due diligence status values of all of the documents within the folder.

摘要: A hardware processor can receive a set of input data individually describing a particular asset associated with an entity. The hardware processor can receive a set of inputs individually responsive to a respective subset of a plurality of queries for a particular user. The hardware processor can generate a predictive model based on the set of input data. The hardware processor can calculate a predictive outcome for the particular user by applying the predictive model to the set of inputs. The hardware processor can identify a target score impacting the predictive outcome for the particular user. The hardware processor can assign a training program to the particular user corresponding to the target score.

摘要: Systems and methods for optimal planning and real-time control of energy storage systems for multiple simultaneous applications are provided. Energy storage applications can be analyzed for relevant metrics such as profitability and impact on the functionality of the electric grid, subject to system-wide and energy storage hardware constraints. The optimal amount of storage capacity and the optimal operating strategy can then be derived for each application and be prioritized according to a dispatch stack, which can be statically or dynamically updated according to data forecasts. Embodiments can consist of both planning tools and real-time control algorithms.

摘要: Techniques for benchmarking performance in a contact center system are disclosed. In one particular embodiment, the techniques may be realized as a method for benchmarking contact center system performance comprising cycling, by at least one computer processor configured to perform contact center operations, between a first contact-agent pairing strategy and a second contact-agent pairing strategy for pairing contacts with agents in the contact center system; determining an agent-utilization bias in the first contact-agent pairing strategy comprising a difference between a first agent utilization of the first contact-agent pairing strategy and a balanced agent utilization; and determining a relative performance of the second contact-agent pairing strategy compared to the first contact-agent pairing strategy based on the agent-utilization bias in the first contact-agent pairing strategy.
